Para volver!!
Es un hotel tradicional con una vista y piscina increíble. Su restaurant la Cupole es excepcional. Solo le faltaría un fitness y mejorar la atención en el sector pileta. Muy recomendable.

5 ESTRELLAS PERO A 2 KM DE RAPALLO Y EN CARRETERA
El hotel en España sería un 5 estrellas. Habitación amplia, en perfecto estado, piscina maravillosa, desayuno en terraza con vistas al mar, amabilidad, parking gratuito. Está a unos 2 km de Rapallo, bonito, a unos 5 de Santa Marguerita, preciosa, y a unos 10 de Portofino, maravilloso. Está en la carretera, es su único defecto. Tienen buses gratis a Rapallo. El pan del desayuno también es malo. LO demás, estupenso

Un buen hotel a precio razonable
El hotel es excelente y con buenas instalaciones. Tiene un excelente parking a precio muy razonable. Su ubicación sobre una colina le permite una buena vista pero está alejado del resto de la ciudad. El personal es eficiente, las jóvenes del mesón de recepción son muy amables y colaborativas. Posiblemente es lo mejor que tiene el hotel. El restorán es caro, muy por sobre el servicio que entrega. Hay varios mejores en la zona y no tan caros. El desayuno es excelente, bien servido en una terraza y comedor con vista a la bahía. La habitación es de buen tamaño. El wifi gratis es inexistente. El pagado normal (€10/semana) es lentísimo. No contraté el premium y usé mi propio teléfono que era bastante mas rápido que el wifi pagado. Volvería a usarlo

Muy avaro con los servicios.
A pesar del precio, no tenia wifi gratis en las habitaciones y solo 2 horas por día en la recepción. El restaurante muy caro y con porciones muy pequeñas y siendo invierno, hasta hacía frío durante la comida.

Caro para lo que es.
La habitacion es muy bonita, sin embargo la cama tiene un colchon durisimo,y las almoadas no eran muy comodas. La ducha del baño sin exagerar era de 80 cm x 80 cm. Todo un desafio ducharse en ella. Una persona mas gorda no cabe en la ducha o no se puede mover. El desayuno era muy bueno y esta a 2 km del centro lo que resulta que debes tomar el auto todo el tiempo.

Nachdem ich seit über 35 Jahren einen großen Teil des Monats in durchaus guten Hotels verbringe, sticht dieses kleine, Hotel doch besonders positiv heraus. Durchwegs extrem freundliches Personal, besonders zuvorkommender Service, angemessene Zimmer, schöne Aussicht (Upgrade), kostenlose Parkplätze, großzügiger Spa-Bereich, tolles Gourmet-Restaurant, umfangreiches Frühstück - insgesamt ein kleines 5-Sterne Hotel „alter Schule“, das, insbesondere im Bereich Service selbst den Vergleich mit Klassikern wie dem Sacher in Wien durchaus antreten darf. Sehr gerne immer wieder.

Had a 5th floor room with a wonderful view. Breakfast was a good choice of fruit and cold meats/cheese. pastries etc. Omelettes available on request. Plentiful supply of hot drinks.

I had booked this hotel for a treat for the wife. We were driving from Nice. However due to a rental car issue we could not make it on the day. We called expedia mid afternoon to ask if it could be cancelled and refunded. Very helpful they agreed to talk to the hotel. Hotel said they needed managers approval. So 24 hours later the manager declined and charged us full amount despite our car issues and appeal. Running a luxury hotel is just as much about customer care and friendly service as the facilites. We have been to many great places where managers and customers services have been very friendly and corteous. With this hotel and manager we are very very disapointed. Manager may well refer to booking policy but that’s beyond the point. With a single refusal to refund he has tainted an otherwise well reviewed hotel

This hotel was fabulous. Beautiful interior and area by the pool. Staff very friendly and helpful. We loved everything. Food options very good. Easy to walk into town or get the shuttle provided by the hotel. We can't wait to return.

Positiv upplevelse av Rapallo och Grand Bristol
Första gången i Rapallo och på Grand Bristol. Mkt bra läge, lugnt, lite folk och bra med parkeringen på framsidan. Perfekt hotell att bo på och i Rapallo och sedan göra utflykter till Rapallo och Portofino. Gångavstånd till Rapallo längs vattnet. Kommer bo här igen om vi besöker Portofinokusten. Prisvärt i jämförelse till Portofino hotellen.

Excellent hotel in a great location. Rapallo a short walk away with many restaurants. The hotel staff very friendly and helpful. The hotel’s two restaurants serve great food in an ideal setting looking out across the bay. Would throughly recommend.

Nice clean hotel. Attentive staff. Good parking. We ate in the resturant which was lovely. Pool is nice setting. Mocktail wasn’t great and was expensive for a mocktail.

Güleryüzlü personeli, temizliği, konforu çok iyiydi. Eleştirebileceğim tek konu giriş katındaki ve en üst kattaki restrauntlarda otel misafirlerine belirli bir kontenjan ayrılabilir. 6. Katta michelin yıldızlı bir restaurant var, çok iyi olduğu söyleniyor ancak yer bulamadık. Sonuc olarak bir kez daha aynı bölgeye gitsek aynı otelde kalırız
