Had to ask the front desk several time to address and overly loud room next to me. They still did not address it and I had to address it myself. Breakfast was sub par, eggs were slimey.

The room we stayed in was unfortunately dirty we have toddlers so we always do a small run through and found trash Easter egg and everyparents worst fear A Pill. If it wasn't for us looking out babies could ate the pill and could have gotten so sick it was at eye site so I don't know if the room was vacuumed. We were very disappointed ☹️ PSA TO PARENTS ALWAYS DO A WALK THROUGH COULD SAFE UR BABIES FROM INJESTING ANY SORT OF MEDICATIONS LEFT BEHIND.

Had to wait around for hours for our room to be ready. Was told 3 pm then 4 pm. Also was told I would get a call when my room was ready and I never did. Traveling with 3 kids this was not ideal for us being from 9 hours away.

We enjoyed our stay here! The room was very clean and quiet. The breakfast had a good amount of choices as well. The bathroom was nicely remodeled and had a nice supply of shampoo, conditioner & body wash. The bed was very comfortable and the hotel was pretty quiet. We did have some rowdy kids running sprints above us for 3 hours but after a phone call to the front desk, all was resolved. We would definitely stay here again.

Rooms and common areas were very clean. Showers were super nice. Breakfast had a large variety of options, including gluten free, oat milk etc… which I thought was nice. Staff were sub par, and right outside the front doors always reeked of cigarette smoke. overall a good experience,

The facility is beautiful and the check- in agent was friendly and knowledgeable. We decided to extend our stay for an extra night and she gave us a slightly better rate and made sure we stayed in the same room.

Poor bed otherwise good
Cleanliness was great! Even smelled like it had been disinfected. The bed not so good--it had seen its better day. It was way to low for us old people with bad knees and back and way too soft. Replace it! Breakfast was good--good juice and coffee. Selection of food was good.

Hotel lobby and room were good compared to the L hotel next to it the staff at front desk upon check in were awesome on 1/19 on 1/20 i went upto front desk to purchase waterpark passes and a redbull front desk given a seperate card by me in person for this in perdon transaction upon looking at my statement she charged my card on file associated with my room and swiped my card i gave at the time of transcation 24 hours later call to ask about my charge to my original payment method associated with my room and whoever is at the front desk tonight 1/23 does not understand i have 2 seperate charges for the same thing under 2 seperate cards because he can only see the 1 charge on his end the one thats associated with my name on the room we stayed what im going to rate the experience of customer service on because no matter how many times i explain the situation its not clicking. 2 charges 2 seperate d/c cards for the same thing 1 card has my name on it 1 card has my husbands name on it it is for the day 1/20 for 3 waterpark passes my room under my name with my associated card has the charge for the same date 1/20 his card with his name associated on it has the charge for 3 passes and a redbull so a 7 dollar difference in charge amount for the same day, his card is not associated with the room or booking or anything on file that could of been established with my name or card info due to it being a physical in person transaction i just want a refund for the 1 transaction
