The room was interesting. It was dusty, dirty inside including in the floor corners showing there are some areas not cleaned for some time. There was hair all over the bathroom, something on the tub itself that was not clean. There was a hole in the wall of our room. We did not have high expectations, but the most frustrating was how my daughter was spoken to when she went to ask about the books in the mini library in the lobby. There was a sign saying that you could take a book or leave a book or buy one for $3 which she was interested in doing. The manager/owner was quite rude to her saying those were only for other people. He did not need to be rude, she was willing to pay for the book. We decided to leave earlier than initially planned as neither wanted to shower in a dirty bathroom or spend time in a room that was not really welcoming. Had the owner been kind to my daughter, we might have let some of our other issues with the room slide, but as it was, we just wanted to get out of there. We arrived at about 6pm, left at 3:30 am with no plans to return. The one plus with this room was the room patio. It would have been great if the patio door could stay open, but it was wonderful to stand up there and feel the wind. Generally we are treated well at Wyndham properties. This one was a disappointment.

Office was closed. When I called the hoteI, I was told they were full and the booking site should have found me an alternative room. I was on the phone for an hour with representatives from the booking site and still had no room. I hung up and called a hotel myself. It was late and I was exhausted. I needed a room! Call the hotel personally. They do not honor booking sites.

To old, dirty looks kind of the motels, a mess evrey where, the a/c make a noise all night, the breakfast was poor, limited terrible. Scam in the pictures when i make my reservacion,

staff was rude and place was dirty, the thermostat didn't work, other guest at the hotel were harassing us, and police was there for disputes between other guests.

The front desk people were rude and unhelpful. We checked in and went to our room to find it dirty. The beds were unmade, dirty towels on the floor, trash in the bins and the microwave was disgusting. We were moved to another room that they had checked. This room had trash in the bin and no toilet paper. After calling the front desk, because they closed at 8pm, to request toilet paper and the trash taken out they said someone would be up and no one has come.

The room wasn't cleaned at all, and appeared not to have been cleaned for some time. It smelled like smoke. The only things that appeared to be clean were the sheets and towels thankfully. It simply appears that they don't have the staff necessary to keep the place going.

The staff were very friendly and quick when we needed something. The only problem we experienced was that the remote was not working properly, but the TV worked fine and could adjust volume and channels on the TV so it was not a big problem. I recommend this hotel and will definitely return on future trips, it is reasonably priced and nononsense type of hotel.

You could hear everything from next room, including tv. AC was so loud it woke you up everytime it came on. Remote control for tv didn't work. Only ice machine was in the lobby, which was a car ride away. Very poor outside lighting where our motel room was at. Breakfast was very limited; Overall for what it cost, wasn't really worth it.

Should not be in business
The staff were neutral as long as you didn't have an issue. I witnessed another person try to address an issue and the attendant instantly became sharp and cold. My room was filthy and in disrepair. I'm still having issues with them not returning my security deposit

The floors were dirty including dead insects and obvious dirt and dust in corners. The toilet seat was loose and would slide off the side while you sat on it. the countertop and tabletop were not clean. There was no bar soap there. The curtains were visibly dirty. The breakfast was next to nothing. Also I feel that expedia has false advertising in regards to this hotel the photos on websites do not relate to this motel in any way, shape or form! They might be short of help but should NOT be taking people's hard earned money for the service they provide or don't provide

Lesson learned / God is Good / Received refund
Dead flies by bathroom sink and bees on the bathroom mirror. Cinder blocks used for bed frame. AC was locked out of the room area and was set on energy saver blowing through a 4”X6” louvre into the arch wall not getting to the bedroom. It was 96 degrees that day and the AC kept turning off making the room hot and uncomfortable. Walls were puttied and not sanded or painted. Orange juice was 1/4 juice 3/4 water. Checked out early the following morning and property owner not willing to cash refund 2nd night stay and paid $100 cash for incidental. Owner said hotel.com had to reimburse us and I explained that we did not pay online so we wouldn’t receive credit on a card. I said we paid CASH for 2 nights plus cash deposit and that hotel.com sent me a message stating refund to be paid at property site. I showed the owners the message from hotel.com agent and after 2 hours we were refunded.

It was dirty when I told them my girlfriend had just had a heart attack they made me bring her in from outside of the car to check her ID instead of coming outside to check they were very rude even when I asked about breakfast I'll never go back

Room walls were poorly repaired from previous damages, ac was just a wall unit that sounded like a semi that was about ti blow up, no hot water. Hell, it didnt even get warm so i had to take an ice shower and the beds headboard wasnt close to the wall and i couldn't movw it closer so when i tossed/turned it maee made a really loud thud.

the room was not clean, bathroom flush not working properly. we have to ask for one more towel as only 1 was provided, and when requested the staff said that there should be 2 towels in the room. we shouldn't be asking if there were 2 towels in the first place! the dining was dirty, when asked for water, staff said we have to pay for it. the bread were still in the bag and hardly no food was prepared for the paid breakfast

This place was awful! We needed a place to crash since we didn’t wanna drive overnight- I almost said forget it and went to sleep in the car. The staff was extremely rude she didn’t even say hi or welcome, the curtain in our room didn’t close the entire way it was broken, there were bugs on the floor in our room and crawling around, our neighbors were loud we can hear them yelling. All in all… don’t stay here if you can spend the extra $20 going to a different location.

DONT DO IT!! I dont write reviews but here I am. I ignored the reviews coz I believe I should see it for myself. Brooooo I was behooved. The person at front desk wasnt friendly. First of all there's a $100 deposit thats not mentioned anywhere when making reservations. Second the rooms where so dusty the beds had sandy particles. The bathroom was not clean. The curtains looked like they never left the rails with chuncks of dust particles. We were there for only 4hours and I was grateful for that. The only thing good about this place location. I truly believe the property has so much potential if they make the necessary renovations.

The place was not clean, the staff was rude, they don't offer room service, they don't clean the rooms at all, they only give you fresh towels if you ask. When I ask to get the room cleaned they say they don't do that because of COVID restrictions, they couldn't be there to clean the room when people are in the room, but if you leave they are not responsible if things get stolen, and that they don't need that kind of complains therefore, they don't clean the rooms at all! What a JOKE

The first room they gave us was missing a window and boarded up with just a few screws. There were blood stains on the carpet and bugs in the bathroom. We asked for a new room. This floor was not clean and sheets were not clean.

Stayed for several days terriable cleaning staff stole some cleaning supplies I needed for my bike that I always carry left wax took everything else . When I asked they said I misplaced how the fk I misplace I left early refused to stay they still charged me for night I didn’t stay the should pray I don’t come back

Poor condition rooms! Bad breakfast.
