The place was under remodel construction, which your website mentioned, but I didnt see that as it was written in small tiny words at the bottom of the hotel info (my fault for not reading the whole information). There was an annoying whirling sound, kind of like a pigeon cooing off and on about every minute or two all day and night - very hard to sleep with that noise in the background - uggh!! Front desk person didn't know what was making that noise?? Also your website didnt differentiate the difference of the upgrade King Bed room as opposed to the standard King Bed room. The website said exactly the same thing, same pics and all. Besides the jacuzzi tub, pic, it should of had a pic of the kitchenette area, which we didnt need. Had I known all that, I would have just made the reservation for the standard as we were only going to be there one night and saved myself $30.You should consider listing all amenities according to each room and thier pics

Get an attitude adjustment!
The night staff when we check-in was cordial and pleasant and the overnight staff went above and beyond to make us comfortable. (Thanks Jolene) The problem I had was with the am shift before check out. I have never been treated as a 5yr old in my life. But the woman treated me like crap because I asked her where the bagel slicer was( they do make child safe products for this) teling me in a snide consending tone " You do realize that children come here, use a plastic knife for goodness sake " then proceeded to watch our every move in the dining area. I will never stay at a Quality Inn again. Especially when the main reason was to be able to enjoy the pool and hot tub and both were broken, and I made the reservation the night before our stay, would be nice to be notified if they have a notice of down equipment before booking.

I do apologize for your less than perfect stay. The staff takes pride in providing the best possible customer service to our guest. The staff appreciates your comments as it allows the staff to make corrections as needed and reinforce any customer service shortfalls with proper training. Our staff is always available to assist with any issues that occur during a guest's stay. Unfortunately with recent weather the hotel suffered some equipment breakdowns, within the last week and management had not placed a notice online to inform guests of our difficulties with our hot tub and pool, we do apologize for that missed opportunity, again thank you for your poignant comments, we are currently working to correct these issues. We do hope you reconsider your choice to not stay at our hotel in the future as we would love the opportunity to win back your trust.

We were on a completely unplanned road trip and decided to stay. We chose the hotel because it was walking distance to downtown. The staff was incredibly friendly, rooms were clean and comfortable. Location was perfect. We'll be back

Very helpful staff, nothing is ever a problem, I highly recommend this hotel, to be honest, I was a little shocked at how good it was, I have stayed in a few Quality inn properties, while doing road trips in America, this hotel was by far the best, and I even questioned if it was a quality inn, because it was so good. Very very convenient access for the stores in red Lodge.

Great nights Rest
We arrived late for a one night stay. The front desk personnel was very nice to work with and check in was fast. Room was clean but small like explained in other reviews but great for our stay. There is no elevator just an FYI if you are staying on the second floor. We would for sure stay here again!

Disgusting
I am shocked Choice hotels endorses this property! The room was not small, it was tiny! There was no fan in the bathroom, bugs on the shower curtain, and black specs on the bed. Decided to try a do-it-yourself waffle and was informed they were "out" of butter ... right! Not only will I never stay here again, I will not stay at any other Choice property either!

A great hotel
This is a great place to stay, nice hotel in a nice town that was close to a lot of great things to see and do. The continental breakfast was really nice and the lady who worked oversaw the breakfast was so nice, and very friendly. She made everyone feel so welcome and very much at home. Whatever the hotel is paying her is not enough. She is a huge asset for the hotel and her level of hospitality was something you don't find near enough in the hospitality industry.

Not having an Elevator for the 2nd story Rooms made it hard to manage your luggage. We had our Cocker Spaniel with us and didn't know until after we checked in that we couldn't leave her unattended to go have Dinner or go downtown. Made it hard for us. I did understand the reasoning for the pet policy and that doesn't always apply to all Dog owners some of us do tend to our pets and don't leave them for long and our dog doesn't bark. It wasn't cheap to stay for 2 nights. I did learn to call for reservations and find these things out first. It all worked out in the end. Love the town

The staff was very friendly, helpful, and the breakfast area was clean and the woman who was responsible over it was very friendly. She was motivated to make sure every guest had a positive experience. This was our first time to Red Lodge and we were there only overnight, however I’d visit again to discover this really cute town!!!

Things are clean but a bit dated and run down for the price. Lots of potential with this property so I hope they invest some money back into it. New beds would make a big difference! All the staff we met were wonderful!

Travel Agent Gives Review
I was in town for a 5 night stay. The staff was very nice. The room clean, the bed comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was awesome. The flooring in the room was luxury vinyl tile, which is great for cleaning but increased the noise level from the floor above. I had to run the fan to decrease the noise. There was a card that said the room would only be cleaned every 3 days. My room was never cleaned. I did get fresh towels from the front desk, I appreciated the large fridge and microwave in the room. The coffee in the room and in the breakfast area was terrible. I could not drink it, it was very weak. I did not care for the breakfast. I paid over $200 per night because Red Lodge was sold out and I feel that was extremely over priced.
