Llevava 7n bote y me pidieron que me estasionara en la calle que porque los estacionamientos son pocos y la personas que me atendio melodijo bien agresiba y eso me molesto mucho

Thank you for your feedback. We politely asked you to park on the street as our parking lot cannot accommodate a truck towing a boat. We also recommended alternative parking so you didn’t have to disconnect.

The room was very dirty. When we got there, the smell of Pine-Sol was so strong I thought the room was going to be clean. However, upon further inspection, there was filth on everything. The first day, we put the do not disturb sign on the door because we didn’t want the smell of the Pine-Sol again. The second day, we took it off to see if they would come in and clean the floors because they were filthy and we couldn’t walk around without shoes on our feet. When we came back to the room, someone had come in and replace the towels, despite the fact that they were not supposed to replace the towels until third day, but they have not cleaned anything else. We gave up and spent as little time there as we could. The lighting was also awful, but after a while, we thought that maybe they did that intentionally so we couldn’t see the filth. The bright spot was the front desk staff. They were extremely friendly and helpful.

Staff was very nice, room was adequate and the bed was comfortable. Everything was clean and the breakfast was pretty good with lots of options. Have stayed here before.

I guess we must stay realistic when rating a small town hotel. Probably, others are worse. This one had a light blinking and cockroaches and ants around the toilet. WiFi is about 2mbps and disconnecting all the time, even after router reboot. They only made my bed once during 4 day stay and it was ugly. The door locks require skills, and the fridge was from 1940-ies. Hair in bathtub tells me it was not cleaned prior to my stay. Water pressure is so low that any flush anywhere near instantly changes your shower temperature from cold to hot and back. I've spent most of the shower time just wasting the water trying to tune it to an acceptable temperature. Due to no pressure you have to take shower rubbing on the shower controls and soap holder. By the way the water pressure in town right next to hotel is above 100 psi, so, it is not the city, it is just the owner trying to shortchange you on water. However, the room was pleasant and quiet (2nd floor), clean around the bed and NO BEDBUGS. A/C working right and not abnormally loud. Simple easy parking and fast way to get into the town and back. The service desk is live 24/7, and the women at the desk are very helpful, polite and do what they can to make your stay better. So, is it bad or good? I think we simply cannot expect anything good in a small town hotel, unless you want to spend $200 a night, then sure, they'll make it perfect, but not worthy simply for the reason of cost. You're just a stranger out of town, and a $target.

Thank you for your feedback. As we spoke on several occasions and never once heard of any of these issues you had within your room. We are more than happy to assist and accommodate guests when informed of such things. As your stay was 5 days and not just 1 evening!

Overall a nice property. Front desk lady was awesome and extremely friendly! My only negative comment is that the room itself is in dire need of deferred maintenance. Both the shower head and bathroom sink faucet were shooting water from the connections. Also the shower curtain was almost ripped out of the shower wall. These are very simple fixes but hadn’t been done.

You get what you pay for. After a long day of driving, my kids really wanted to stop at a place with a pool. Unfortunately, the pool looked like a green swamp. So no pool. We went up to the room and there were cobwebs all of over the corners of the room, with tiny nats everywhere. These weren’t little cobwebs either, crazy to think the room was “cleaned” but these big ol cobwebs weren’t seen. Everything felt sticky. The beds were horrible and not attached to the bed posts which was annoying when you moved around. The only plus was that the staff seemed nice. We were happy to leave :)

The gentleman at the front desk (it was his first night) was lovely; the tatooed hag gaining him, not so much. Unfortunately I didn’t notice the discarded furniture and broken broken beds piled in a corner of the parking lot until it was too late. The dump pile is right across from the festering cesspool aka swimming pool.

Your disrespecful behavior to our team was not warranted nor tolerated.Our pool is closed for repairs and is not advertised as open until May.

Check in was fast and the front desk clerk was professional and friendly. The room is good, but there are gaps around the door, which means bugs can get in! Otherwise, it's all fine.

Had to reschedule, but Alex was awesome to work with. Being in a wheelchair, it was the most accessible room I have ever had. The bus stop is right out front (doesn't run on Sundays). There's a pizza place nearby but not much else within walking difference. HOWEVER, the motel is awesome and so is the staff. Absolutely brilliant experience.

Stayed a couple weeks ago not bad but this visit bad !!! Hair everywhere in front of rooms and stairways disgusting !! Pet fee $30 almost 1/2 of room charge totally unacceptable! Front desk gal said for a pet room they have to do so much more cleaning like wash the shower curtain in my mind the shower curtain gets washed in every room I would assume apparently not at Travelodge.sad won’t return

Pet fees are 30 per pet, our fee is competitive with most pet friendly properties if not less expensive and allows for the convenience of your pet to travel with you. This fee allows us to take extra measure to ensure the room is cleaned thoroughly and dander free for the next guest.
