Riomaggiore en Noviembre
Riomaggiore es un pueblo encantador en un espacio abrupto (de ahí sus numerosas escaleras), pero que merece la pena visitar. El apartamento está muy bien ubicado y resulta acogedor, aunque el aprovisionamiento de cocina y baño es algo reducido. A tener en cuenta si se va en Noviembre que encontraremos mayor calma por disminución del número de turistas, pero gran parte de los restaurantes y otros servicios están cerrados por periodo vacacional que se alarga hasta marzo. Ojo porque la ruta turística que comunica Riomaggiore con Monterrosso y que aparece en las guías, no es practicable al estar cerrada por obras desde hace ya bastante tiempo.

The property was a comfortable transition from a regular hotel room. We enjoyed the outdoor patios and used the kitchen for breakfast 2 days and the washing machine several times. The only issue was the third floor stairs after a steady hill climb- for those with mobility issues- this property would be impossible. We hope to return next year.

The location is very good & walkable for Riomaggiore. The communication with the host was timely and detailed. However, the entire experience is a HUGE hassle. You have to park in the garage and haul your luggage to the apt, and then up 3 flights of stairs - that is not communicated in the listing. When we arrived, dirty towels were left in bathroom. and the dishwasher drainer not working, my husband had to fix. Also, there is a rusty washing machine outside on the balcony but no dryer as the listing indicates. The host was very nice to apologize but the upkeep was not good and clean.

Great rental in town
The apartment is very well located in Riomaggiore! Close to the restaurants and train station. The apartment had everything we needed for our party of 2. We would stay there again!

excellent séjour au cœur des cinque terre
Excellente situation au cœur du village mais au calme malgré tout . Appartement très agréable et bien équipé. Il est situé au dernier étage de l’immeuble avec un escalier bien raide. Terrasse avec vue sur la mer et le village . La climatisation est très appréciée . La communication avec la personne qui gère la location est très facile par WhatsApp. Elle envoie toutes les photos pour l’accès ,le parking et la localisation de l’appartement. Concernant le parking, il faut se garer le long de la route sinueuse qui arrive au village(il y a des navettes pour les personnes et les bagages) sinon Il y a un parking payant mais attention 35 € par jour et places très limitées (premier arrivé premier servi) Sinon possibilité de venir en train depuis la Spezia . On récupère les clés dans une boîte à clef , le code nous étant envoyé par Whatsapp. La circulation entre tous les villages est hyper facile en quelques minutes avec le train.Nous sommes enchantés de notre séjour. c’est magnifique !

Great View and Location
A well appointed vacation rental with great sea views! The location is perfect for exploratory the town (and Cinque Terra) but private enough for relaxing on the terrace.

Great place in the Cinque Terre!
My husband and I stayed here in July. It was our first visit to Cinque Terre. The place is great. We were there in the middle of a crazy heat wave and the a/c kept us comfortable. The host was communicative and responded when we had a couple minor issues. The apartment is conveniently located steps away from the main town center, and we were able to walk with our bags easily from the train station. I would recommend this place, we got a lot of value for our money!!!

Darling little place in a great location
Cinque Terra is amazing. The apartment was very clean & accommodating. Plenty of room. Loved having access to a washing machine to get caught up on laundry. Such a darling town! The communication from the manager was great, directions to the apartment was great. The only downside- it’s up a steep hill, & lugging suitcases was not fun. Also- 4 flights of stairs! Just be ready for that!

The property was not what it appeared online. Expensive for what it was and had to have the fridge and freezer cleaned and areas of the bedroom and upstairs shower room cleaned. The property manager did respond immediately but there was a lack of attention to detail. However she did put a bottle of bubbly into the fridge for us which was appreciated. I have stayed in riomaggiore before in an apartment looking over the bay which was immaculate and views breathtaking and less expensive. This apartment needs some attention. But the area does not disappoint.

Hard to Beat!
We loved this place - the great location made it easy to explore the town and surrounding countryside, plus it has fun decor and was well-stocked. We enjoyed the sights and sounds of Riomaggiore from the balconies, which were nice respite from the crowds. Hosts/contact person was very detailed and helpful. If you’re lucky enough to book this apartment, just pack light and be prepared for lots of stairs :)

The perfect home base for several days in Cinque Terre
My husband and I recently spent four days exploring the towns of Cinque Terre. This lovely, two floor apartment, high above the town was the perfect home base for us. It was quiet, clean and had a well-equipped kitchen for home cooked breakfast before the days’ hikes began. We particularly loved the three balconies! Wonderful for enjoying a glass of wine in the evening. The host was lovely and responsive and even came to our aid quickly when we locked ourselves out of the apartment. I highly recommend this apartment!

Stayed for 3 nights our host, Angela, was quick to help and respond to our questions and more. The apartment was clean and in a great location right off the main street, Via Colombo. Riomaggiore is super steep and not easy to walk around for sure and if you choose this apartment it is on the top floor so be prepared to do a lot of uphill walking. I would stay in this apartment again if I ever go back to Riomaggiore but I would prefer to stay at a less hilly town such as Vernazza next time.

Great location, updated apartment. Easy to get between towns using the train. Nice restaurants. Make sure you are able to walk up hills and steep stairs. It is a 4 story walk-up. Difficult if you have large luggage. Parking is also tricky if you have a car.

Great apt in great location
Exactly as represented. Apartment is very cute and well located. You should know that there are a lot of steps to climb to the front door and another flight within the apartment, in case that's an issue. It wasn't for us. Host's manager gave good directions to get there from the train station. Great location to jump on the train and explore Cinque Terra!

Super friendly host and the room cleanliness
Myself and 2 of my friends had a pleasant stay in the apartment for 2 nights and we really enjoyed it very much. The host is super friendly and did provide useful info for us during our stay, and also helpful to our extra request haha ;-) really appreciate it. nevertheless, room interior is cool and brand new which gave our stay even delightful. Better then expected!
The biggest issue you will face is bringing your luggage from the train station. Veronica gives a lot of details and pictures to ensure accuracy. The apartment is at the very top, so if you have heavy luggage this will be a challenge tackling 5 flights of stairs. Location is very good and quick walk down to all the restaurants and bars

Absolutely wonderful
We were surprised as to how cute and spacious this apartment was. It has everything you need. The balconies are perfect. We sat outside every night and enjoyed our wine looking at the Mediterranean Sea and town Veronica was over the top in helping us with everything. She was a personal concierge. Always easy to get a hold of and responded immediately to our our needs. It is in a cute part of town. We are looking forward to coming back. Also the apartment has been updated! Air conditioning was excellent!!!!

Perfect apartment in Riomaggiore
This was the perfect place to stay in Cinque Terre!! I would rent this apartment every time and recommend it to others. There are a few things critical to us when renting from VRBO and this one hit all marks!! A few of the highlights: - location, location, location. This was our first time to Cinque Terre and read so many different opinions about which city to stay in. I would stay in Riomaggiore every time! Some people may want a quiet, sleepy town and I believe the other towns may offer this. However, this one had just the right element of energy during the day and evenings, yet nice, quiet mornings and evenings to enjoy. Apartment: perfect location. Although up a steep hill, it was great exercise each day, enough out of the hustle and bustle of the town, yet not too far of a hike each day. We enjoyed a quick walk in the morning to get coffee and breakfast at the shops or to run out for a bottle of wine at night to enjoy from the balcony. The beds were super comfortable, the A/C worked great (critical given the extreme heat this summer!) and the washer and dryer lines were much needed and used! The bathrooms and kitchen were well stocked and updated. Veronica, the host, was a doll! She was great to communicate with, dropped off laundry soap when we ran out and even came by to check on things or wave to us from across the way when she saw us sitting on the balcony. I felt like we made a friend for life in Cinque Terre! I can't imagine a better place to stay when visiting this beautiful place.

What a view!
Unbelievable view and location! The view of Basillica Santa Croce from the windows is stunning. The communication with our host Serena was great. She was quick to respond to any concerns or questions. The property was very clean and comfortable. Letizia was a huge help with our arrival and departure. Both Serena and Letizia provided recommendations for places to eat as well. The stairs may be an issue for anyone not in physical shape but the view is more than worth the stairs! There was late night activity but we read the previous reviews and expected it as part of our experience and took earplugs so it wasn’t an issue for us. When we go back to Florence, we will not consider any other properties.

The pictures don’t do it justice. The apartment was beautiful and in a great location near two beautiful churches and a short walk to the marina and train station. First of all of host couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. You will love her before you even meet her. Our place in Riomaggiore was the absolute best location and we spent three days going through every town in Cinque Terre and every night we would comment on how Riomaggiore had the best of everything. The place was super clean, had everything you need and the terraces were stunning.

Best ever place to stay!
Our stay at this apartment in Riomaggiore was AMAZING! The view from the balcony looks right down to the sea with beautiful sunsets. The person who met us, Veronica, was so patient. She waited and worried about us as we were late. We had a sim card that had run out so couldn’t communicate. She didn’t give up on us. She helped us up with our luggage and gave us advice on how to get the most out of our stay. I can’t praise her enough! I want to return to that same apartment soon! I could go on and on!

The check in process was really great. We got very lost and the host really made it possible to arrive safely & get a free parking space! The apartment is very conveniently located, but the steps to and in the apartment are HUGE. The washer & dishwasher worked perfectly. Good place but you need lung legs to do the steps!!

Lovely gem in the heart of Riomaggiore
We absolutely loved our time in Riomaggiore! The terraces on this apartment made it so enjoyable to have morning coffee or takeaway and wine on the evenings. It was perfect for our family of four. As with most of Cinque Terre, the stairs can be a bit challenging and dangerous, so this wouldn't be an appropriate rental for elderly people or very small children. It was very clean, well equipped, and Veronica was such a fantastic and helpful host!

great spot to explore Cinque Terre
Veronica/Host was very accommodating. Offered to pick us up in Spezia and drive us to unit. we ended up taking the train. One suggestion - take the elevator at the train station to the upper level of RioMaggiore and take that path to the unit. It will save you walking up the steep hill from the bottom of Riomaggiore to the top where the unit is. 3 flights of steep steps access the unit - which is also on two levels. so you will get a minor workout. Unit itself is well maintained and furnished. Nice terraces with partial sea views.

Heerlijk appartement soort van thuis komen.
Riomaggiore was nieuw voor ons, maar het voelde meteen als thuiskomen. Fris en ruim huisje en een fijne ontvangst door Veronica. Ze gaf ons tips en daarmee werd het ons heel eenvoudig gemaakt. Terras op de boven verdieping was zalig door een koel windje vanuit de zee. Bedbank was ruim en stevig. Met 3 volwassenen een prima plek.
