I was in Rochester for surgery, and found the accommodations pleasant and quiet. The bathroom ceiling above the shower/tub needs attention; overall, I would stay here again.

Has to be the most quiet hotel I've ever stayed in, didnt hear any inside noice, and very nice staff. However, hotel is dated and beds are not comfortable. The AC units in the wall are loud and don't work, blows lukewarm air not matter what the setting is. With being close to Mayo hospital, having the windows open is noisy with hospital traffic. Spacious rooms and hot showers. Breakfast only went until 9am on weekends so if you wanted to sleep in you missed breakfast. I appreciated the free parking and helpful tips from staff for walkable area restaurants. Would consider staying again, if beds were updated.

The room was so warm and we couldn't fgure out how to turn the heat down. Coffee was too weak. Beds were very comfortable. Appreciated the shuttle and tunnel and free parking.

I like that it is close enough to walk to Mayo appointments, and has parking. I didn't like that there's no luggage holder and that you can hear people in the ajoining room.

Hello Christopher,Sorry to hear you feel that way. For some context, the room you reserved with us was 109. That is 20 less than the next lowest price downtown connected to Mayo Clinic, plus they charge an additional 15 a night if you park a car. I feel like we provide at least 10x better value when you consider our rate is 35 less than the competitor across the street. I'm willing to bet we're 10x cleaner as well.

It was good enough. Competitively priced. Interior is showing it's age. Tipping point would be that it's connected to the Mayo Subway which was convenient on a 9 degree (F) day with a -11 windchill. Overall I'd give it a 3.5/5.

Older hotel, but well kept. Convenient for the Mayo Clinic area and conference venues in nearby hotels. Close to a variety of eating place. The Brentwood has internal access to the tunnel and skyway system through the Mayo Clinic complex, making it easy to walk several blocks without having to go outside in cold weather. Good breakfast.

Had multiple appointments at Mayo Clinic. Within feet of my hotel door was an elevator to pedestrian subway which abled me to walk to all of my appointments directly. Unbelievably convenient. Never had to wear jacket or even go outside.

There was a great breakfast! Since I have to make several trips a year to Mayo, I liked that there was free parking. I didn't like the bird poop all over my car when I was ready to leave the next day.

Hi Patty, thank you for continuing to stay with us! The crows are a struggle for all of downtown Rochester this time of year. Parking at the hotel myself I understand how annoying it is.Luckily, once the weather starts to warm up next month they all tend to leave the downtown area.

Pricing is always attractive. Unfortunately this morning at 4:50am there was no hot water in the shower. It was not even what I’d call Luke warm. They should be prepared for a lot of early showers given the proximity to Mayo Clinic.
