Pude usar la alberca de una manera privada. Lo unico que no me gusto fue que la recamarera casi entra a la habitacion y yo todavia no hacia check out

Pool and hot tub were out of commission, I guess it wasn’t working for 3 days. They were out of Kleenex in the whole hotel and bottled water too.

Dirty, broken down, and cockroaches.
There was a cockroach in the bathroom, and the handle for the shower was loose and hard to control the water temp. The shower head was loose and there was a big hole in the shower wall where the pipe came out of. There was a towel and shampoo from a previous guest still in the bathroom. There was no coffee maker or hair dryer in the room. One of the beds made an waful metal scraping sound when I sat on it (broken box frame?). The staff were pleasant, but I would not stay there again. So many other options in that same area

The staff and service was good, my wife and I were disappointed with the size of the room with a King bed stuffed into it, very little room to walk around the bed to the bathroom. The refrigerator did not work, I turned it on and to a cold setting and in the morning it was the temp of the room. I was also surprised that there was no microwave in the room. The breakfast was okay and was attended to by the staff.

Toilet seat needed to be replaced. In the first day staff said the PH levels of the pool needed to be monitored and hopefully the following day it’s be fix. Was there Mon-Saturday morning never worker, we booked this hotel for the pool and hot tub and have stayed before. Breakfast wasn’t replenished and was very lacking. Staff was rude at times and never at the front desk ever!! Smelled like weed and cigarettes on the 2nd floor and elevator often. Won’t be staying here like we do 2-3 a year when visiting.

The staff was very nice and the place was clean and safe, so it's an OK place to go on a budget. It is a cheap hotel, however. The beds and pillows were as cheap and uncomfortable as it gets. It's close to the interstate, so there is a lot of road noise as well. The first morning I woke up to a shower fawcet handle that didn't work and I had to leave right away, so even though they were responsive and fixed it quickly, it was too late for me to use before I left for work.

The shower had a broken loose handle that could not be turned on for use. They said a maintenance man would be sent. We were trying to get on the road early so time was important. Hour later went to desk and another front desk person told us they don't have a maintenance person on hand. Gave us another room to shower. The key card to enter the room didn't work. Finally get in new room. The tub/shower had a plugged drain. Took shower in a foot of water. Wife never got to shower. Lousy experience indeed.

It was a nice clean and friendly hotel. Wish the Wi-Fi was better, but since I’m not Hilton member it was just ok. Pool was down for cleaning/repairing I guess.

The hotel was clean with nice amenities. The room is a little small overall, but fine for sleeping. It would have been nice to have a water source in the gym but they did provided bottled water, so that was ok.

The hotel was pretty clean but older, in need of updating and the room was quite small. Also, it sits very close to a strip club. If I would have known that, I would not have stayed here. Especially with my young son.
