“This property is listed by ebookers as being 0.01m from tahrir square. I booked with filters on as for a first short trip I wanted to be close to some attractions. Turns out this place is over a half an hour cab away from there and pretty much in the middle of nowhere. When I arrived, the taxi couldn’t find the property as it was in such a random location and then to add to that they couldn’t find my booking and demanded payment so took a few hours to sort this out. “I liked the accommodations and how the room was arranged. Maybe more outlets for electric power in the lounge could be useful, since that could likely be the area where people work, etcetera. The staff was friendly and willing to help. I would only recommend more tourist-friendly features, such as information on places where to eat or see around.
