Hacia mucho frio en la habitacion por la noche y solo funcionaba una tv en la suite ,el desayuno capuchino y croissant todos los dias , el dueño un encanto.

Very nice and friendly place. Stuff was helpful and smiley. Basic and simple room but nice and clean. Do not expect hotel atmosphere. This is more like a group of rooms and reception. Breakfast could be better.

Farklı bir konaklama yeri rezervasyonumuz varken birtakım prüzlerden dolayı işletmeci iptal istedi. Bende hotels.com a şikayetim ettim. hotels.com çok ilgilendi ve bizi deko rome'a yönlendirdi. Harika bir seçim oldu, herşey çok iyiydi. Konum harika, recepsiyon çok ilgigliydi her sabah güleryüzü ve gideceğimiz yerlerle ilgili bilgiler vermesi çok iyiydi. Bina tarihi ve çok temizdi. Odalar harika tam istediğimiz gibiydi. Roma gezimize ayrı bir renk kattığı için hotels.com ve otel yetkililerine teşekkür ederim.

Check in was supposed to start at 2 we Had to wait for 20 min outside the door after calling several phone numbers that weren’t in service to get someone from another area to check us in.

Highly Recommended Hotel
Everything about the Deko Hotel was excellent. Receptionist Juliana was fantastic, going beyond expectations to make us welcome and provide all recommendations to assist our Rome holiday. Position of the hotel is in one of the safest places in Rome plus convenient to the Spanish Steps. Not far from Rome Termini which equates to a 10 Euro fare. The healthy breakfast was well prepared by Juliana and certainly more than enough for us. Our room was clean and beds comfortable. We highly recommend this hotel.

We loved the entire staff of the hotel. They couldn't have done more to make sure any thing we needed was provided for. The location of the hotel is excellent, right in the heart of Rome and near many of the main attractions as well as as many restaurants.

Staff--amazing, helpful, friendly. Even if you don't normally care about hotel staff, you will leave thinking they are the best part of this place. Room--excellent air conditioning; very clean every day; small-but-comfortable beds (we asked to have ours arranged as two twin beds); mini-fridge with free drinks; hot pot and necessary items to make tea; nice bathroom with small shower, but few toiletries (just soap and shower cap); free wifi that consistently worked well. Breakfast--generous hours if you are a late riser, same everyday (mix of fruits, sliced meat & cheese, croissant, roll, yogurt, cereal, coffee/cappuccino, tea, juice) and already plated for your arrival to the breakfast room, a great time to interact with Julia and get questions answered. Location--very safe area (and not just because you are next to a police station and US embassy, which is a safety bonus); quiet; close to a metro stop BUT it is currently closed for repairs (it is overdue to open, so this probably won't be an issue soon) Other--since it is a small hotel, it is important to let them know when you will arrive on your first day. You will need to buzz in. We needed to call the hotel after buzzing because the one staff member on duty was busy setting up our room. They responded immediately. If someone exits and you can get in without the staff, turn to the LEFT, go up a few stairs to the elevator, and go to the 2nd floor to find the hotel. This was more like a b&b than a hotel. It was hard to find because it doesn't have a well-marked entrance. You go into what is sort of like an office/residential building, and get into a small elevator. The owners were very welcoming. That said, the door to the bathroom in our room didn't close properly, so we had to prop it shut with a chair. Breakfast was good - Julia made really good cappuccinos and a lovely breakfast plate of fruit and cheese.

Hotel Deko is why I love boutique hotels. Great location, beautiful room, and an attentive, personable staff who go out of their way to make sure your stay is perfection. The included breakfast is lovely and they are at the ready with an espresso or cappuccino at any time day or night. Exquisite experience.

Room smaller than indicated per booking. Scaffolding outside our room. Noisy ongoing work started daily before 8 am.No advance warning given. Discount on room rate promised by Expedia on-line on booking was not then included on Expedia's confirmation e-mail, nor by hotel on payment.

I cant say enough good thinks about Deko Rome. Julia and Ajaf helped to make our stay feel personal and elite. The hotel itself is well decorated, very clean, bursting with modern facilities and completely functional. Breakfast fits flawlessly in to a busy day in Rome. The hotel is very quiet with a obscured entrance making it feel very exclusive. The staff make this hotel. Its great to see people who clearly enjoy their work. Julia’s advice gave us ideas where to eat and what to see, and Ajaf’s nightly welcomes were always appreciated. I don’t want to say just how good it is because I won’t be able to get a booking next time I visit Rome.

Great place in the centre of Rome
If you are tired of the big chain hotels, this is the place for you. Small hotel with fantastic personal service. They will fix everything for you, as tickets for sight seeing and booking table for dinner. The hotel is in the centre of Rome with walking distance to virtually everything, but also just a few minutes to the Metro.

안전하고 친절한 숙소
일단 정말 안전한 지역에 위치한 숙소입니다 짐을 넣고 차를 길에 주차해도 안심이 되는지역입니다. 건물 1층에는 Coop이 있으며 근처에 군인들과 경찰서가 있습니다 호스트와 직원은 매우 친절합니다. 처음 체크인시 호스트가 지도와 함께 관광지와 맛집들을 설명해줍니다. 그들이 저희를위해 신경써준다는걸 느낄수있습니다. 지하철역도 걸어서 10분거리이며 모든것이 완벽한숙소입니다.

Uma excelente opção em Roma!
Excelente opção em Roma. Hotel localizado em área nobre e perto dos principais pontos turísticos de Roma. Trata-se de um hotel com apenas 6 quartos. Nao se deixe impressionar pelo hall de entrada do prédio (um pouco antigo). Entretanto, o local (andar) do Hotel é totalmente novo. Independente das caracteristicas acima, esse hotel vale pela simpatia dos proprietários...realmente eles fazem a diferença. As dicas são incríveis...como por exemplo um drink para ver o por do sol no bar Terrace...sem contar as dicas de vários restaurantes locais. Sem dúvida uma excelente opção!

Perfect place to relax in a beautiful city
Our stay at Deko Rome was perfect. Marco and Serena make you feel very welcome and go out of their way to make your stay as special as possible. We couldn't have wished for anything more.

When in Rome, stay here!
Selena and Marco are both warm and and welcoming and treat you as friends, more than guests. They were very helpful with suggestions on where to visit and where to eat. The rooms and guest house were very modern, comfortable, clean. The location is convenient and quiet. Each room is equipped with an iPad. Unlike many others places, wi-if access was quick and easy. There is an elevator if you have lots of luggage or are traveling with someone who has difficulty climbing stairs or walking. We definitely plan on returning.

Deko Rome everything plus more from a guest house!
OMG! Where do I begin! From the moment I booked the room, the emailed received from Marco anticipating my arrival was very welcoming. Serena was amazing. She offered me a nice area map with all local attractions and identified what my interests were and took her time to map out how I would get to there along with her personal recommendations. Every route of transportation was covered. The Metro and buses were a 10 minute walk away. 3 minute walk for a cab. Even though it rained for 2 of my 3 days, each morning Serena's greeting was warm and friendly. In the evening I could depend on Marco's smile and offer of a glass of wine before I explored Rome for the evening. The location of the guest house could not have been better located. The polizia stazione (police station) is only 1 door away and the US embassy was a 5 minute walk away. There was a supermarket downstairs which had all my basic needs. These two entrepenuers are to be commended for their vision and professionalism. The modern guest room with an iPad at your disposal was a nice touch! Bed was comfortable, linens clean, towel warmer was wonderful. High ceilings added to the ambiance and comfort of the room. Safe was available for me to place my important items. Marco ensured my transportation needs were made. How nice to be picked up ON TIME on both occasions and in a Mercedes Benz! These accommodations made my first trip to Rome extremely memorable. Thank you Serena, Marco, and Adrienne. You guys ROCK! Ciao!

Excellent staff and stay
We enjoyed a lovely stay in Rome at Deko Rome. This trip we only had two days in Rome but the staff gave us excellent assistance in seeing the sights which we may have missed two years ago. Great restaurant recommendations, wonderful tour connections. Stay was delightful in this intimate boutique hotel. The breakfast was ample and delicious. The other guests were fun to mingle with for an impromptu happy hour. Could we have asked for anything more?? Just a hook on the back of the bathroom door. As typical of euro hotels, horizontal surface area to spread out was limited and a hook or two in the beautifully appointed bathroom would have been appreciated.

We had one night between getting off our cruise ship and flying home to the US but I wish we stayed longer! this hotel is a real gem, Marco and Serena really do their best to make you feel at home. I would give more than a total of 5 for staff and service if I could. I can't wait to return.

Can not say enough about the quality of the hotel and staff. Marco and Serena are wonderful hosts. They helped us in every way they could and made our stay there the best part of our holiday. When we return to Rome we will definitely stay there again. We can't wait to recommend it to all our friends.

A small 6 room B & B which was perfect for a short stay. Great location, quiet, very clean. The stand out benefit was having Marco to provide exceptional guidance for the sights, bars and restaurants.

Marco & Serena are the best. They go above and beyond in their customer service and they are very hands on. The room was clean, breakfast in the morning, prosecco & coffee in the afternoon. We were given excellent recommendations for restaurants and made reservations as well. Overall it was an excellent stay in Rome at this hotel.
