Hotel familiar anticuado.
Bien situado. Atencion del personal estupenda. Desayuno aceptable. El bar de la terraza de la azotea muy bien atendida y acogedora. Pero las habitaciones dejan bastante que desear: Moquetas sucias, por viejas y con "habitantes". Los colchones muy incomodos. Ropa de cama vieja y con agujeros.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado y es tranquilo.
Lo mejor la ubicación, muy céntrica pero a la vez tranquilo. El desayuno tipo buff muy completo. La pega son las instalaciones, un poco anticuadas, no parece un cuatro estrellas, pero la estancia, dentro de que es un hotel modesto, ha sido cómoda.

Hotel genial pero camas (colchones) algo viejas
El personal muy amable y educado. El desayuno muy bueno. La habitación un poco antigua y las camas dejaban bastante que desear. Pero a pesar de eso, recomiendo el hotel 100%.

Hotel cerca de plaza Venecia muy céntrico
Es un hotel recomendable por ubicación, céntrico y además está muy limpio. Lo único que echamos a faltar fue un lavabo más grande, pero tenia lo necesario. En general calidad precio está muy bien.

Fenomenal hotel por su ubicación.
Personal muy atento. Excelente ubicación. Recomiendo una cervecita en la terraza después de un día de turismo agotador.

Hotel acogedor, tranquilo.
Hotel cercano al centro y al Trastevere, muy cerca de Piazza Venezia y Foro Romano. Muy tranquilo y sin ruidos. Habitaciones algo pequeñas, pero limpias. Personal muy agradable y eficiente. Desayuno bueno y variado. Terraza estupenda para tomar unas copas, con bellas vistas. Te ofrecen todo tipo de excursiones. Gestión buena.

ACERTÉ EN MI ELECCION
He disfrutado mucho en mi viaje a roma y este hotel ha contribuido. Confortable, personal amable, (sobre todo el camarero que preparaba unos càpuccinos estupendos), habitacion y baño comodos, tranquilidad, buenos detalles, pretencioso eso de las cuatro estrellas, (yo le daria menos), pero su situacion es lo mejor, andando ibamos a todos los lugares sin cansarnos, algun dia dormiamos siesta y saliamos de nuevo a ver monumentos.

Relación calidad precio buena. Estupendo desayuno y mejor servicio. La única pega el tamaño de la habitación y el baño....pequeños. A pesar de eso tendré en cuenta el hotel para volver.

Excelente situación
Lo mejor, la situación: se pueden visitar a pie la mayoría de lugares de interés de la ciudad. El personal es agradable y servicial. El bufé de desayuno es muy completo: fruta, platos calientes, charcutería, panes, bollería... no falta nada (olvídate del termo del café: si quieres un espresso o un cappuccino, pídelo al camarero y te lo prepara al instante). La decoración de todo el hotel es clásica y acogedora. Máxima limpieza y tranquilidad; las camas son buenas; también la ducha. El único punto negativo es que la red wi-fi no es gratuita (3 euros/hora), algo casi inadmisible hoy en el caso de un hotel de 4 estrellas. Y por poner otro pero, al hotel le falta un salón común para descansar (solo hay un bar, pero es pequeño y no muy cómodo).

Hotel agradable, pequeño, con excelente ubicación a pasos de Piazza Venezia, a "walking distance" del Capitolio, Ara Coeli, Teatro de Marcello, Monumento de Vittorio Emmanuele y Largo Argentina a un precio conveniente dadas las características de Roma

Super fijn hotel op een geweldige locatie. De service in het hotel was top. De receptionisten waren super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Maakten van de map van Rome met stift een kleurplaat om te voorkomen dat je iets van de geweldige bezienswaardigheden of bruisende plekjes van de stad zou missen.De roomkeeping was top, elke dag schone handdoeken, terwijl we ze netjes te drogen hadden gehangen, super schone kamer… Het ontbijt was prima… echt het enige jammere, wij hadden gehoopt te eten op het prachtige dakterras, maar het buffet was in het souterrain. ‘s Middags hebben we wel gebruik gemaakt van het dakterras en de barservice daar. Onze kamer was niet groot, maar verder prima. Je hoort wel wat geluid van het hotel zelf (bv. de lift) maar van buiten hadden wij weinig tot geen overlast. Wij waren heel blij, bovenal vanwege de fantastische locatie!!

設備はシンプルですが、とても綺麗です。 クラシカルなデザインな部屋でした。 主要の観光地へは基本的には歩いて行けます。 テルミニ駅からホテルへのアクセスがタクシーしかないのがが唯一の難点です。大体15ユーロくらいでホテルまで行けます。

Vi boede på 4 sal, der var meget lydt, lidt støj fra stole på 5 sal hvor der var en bar, der lukkede kl. 23.00. Et lille super godt hotel med meget venlig og hjælpsom personale. Og en lille pose med morgenmad i taxi (breakfast in a bag) på vej til lufthavnen. Kan anbefales

The Signora in the afternoon was great! I told her that the coffee was terrible - she advised that I need only request an espresso or cappuccino - because many people simply want American coffee. So I did that the next morning and it was perfect. Second, Wi-Fi is weak - hotel promised me that they were aware of problem and that new Wi-Fi is being installed.

Stayed at the hotel for 3 days. The location is convenient to many sites. The staff is very nice. The rooms and beds are comfortable. The $10 breakfast offers alot of delicious options.

This is a great location to everything. Wish we could have extended our stay but had to switch hotels because they were booked. Older hotel but very helpful and friendly. If you want location this, is it. We are in Rome for the sights, food, nightlife, etc. Having a place to sleep that was in a great location was a bonus no taxi needed. Highly recommend if you want to be where the action is.

The staff was especially wonderful, and both of the front desk staff we met were exceptionally helpful to us! We had missed our cruise that day, along with our luggage being lost, and needed lots of help making phone calls and corresponding with locals. Highly recommend!!!

Exactly what I needed. It was central to nearly everything, being located in the historic district. Many places to see around the area and also places to grab a bite to eat. Really loved the rooftop bar it had. When you live in America you have an idea of a “hotel” so don’t compare the two. The room was small, the building is historical (and therefore old), but it had everything I needed to make Rome the trip of my life. It would be an easy decision to go back for me.

The property itself is a good value. The staff was great. My issue is that the entrance is on a smaller street with homeless staying inside the scaffolding. I observed them using drugs.

We liked the location - had stayed before for 2 days after previous cruise 9 years ago. So many sites within walking distance. Hotel provides excellent value for the price (was actually less $ this time in December than it was 9 years ago in November). Staff were very helpful & friendly. The only issue we had was some rowdy guests across the hall. Those 3 young ladies were totally thoughtless - they talked loudly with their door open and were up late both night making a lot of noise. Finally the first night I called the front desk at about 3 am and gentleman at desk came right up and they quieted down. I should have called earlier. The 2nd night wasn't quite as bad - they went out at about 10 pm and returned just before midnite and were loud for a short period of time. Apparently they were staying at hotel for a week - management should have kicked them out after the 1st couple nights since we weren't the only ones complaining. Other than that, we would definitely stay at the Hosianum Palace again and recommend it to others.... We discovered a fairly new restaurant (Tony's) just around the corner and they had evening special (Appetizer, Pasta & Dessert) for only 10€ - we went there both nights for supper. The Breakfast we had at hotel on our first morning was excellent for the 10€ cost. We left too early on 2nd morning (to get to airport) to have Breakfast (started at 7:30 am).
