Cómodo, amplio y funcional. Buena situación para acceder andando a todos los barrios más turísticos. Sólo un pero: Desayuno con poca variedad y justo de calidad.

Cercanía excelente el resto no vale la pena
La ubicación es perfecta puedes ir caminando a la Gallerias y principales tiendas. Pero las habitaciones son ruidosas escuchas hasta la TV de la habitación de a lado. La limpieza no es nada buena, me salió una araña en la cama.

Hotel agradable, muy buena ubicacion
hotel agradable muy bien ubicado del cual se puede llegar caminando a todos lados. para el que no le guste caminar hay autobuses en la cercania del hotel para todas las diercciones. El personal muy atento y siempre dispuesto a ayudar y aconsejar restaurantes, paseos etc. muy limpio, tohallas y sabanas de buena calidad. lo unico que no me gusto fue el colchon, ahuecado y no muy comodo. Deberian ya cambiarlo.

まだ寒い季節なのに通された部屋は暖房が効かなく、変えてくれと言っても対応してくれず暖房がきく小さな一人部屋を紹介されたが狭すぎて二人分のスーツケースも置けないので移動は諦めたが安いホテルでもないのに対応が悪すぎた。 お陰で二人とも風邪をひいた。 ホテルに言ったらエクスペディアを通して減額の請求をしてくれと言われた。 なので対応宜しくお願いします。

Generally good
The location of this hotel is great for site seeing as it is walkable to all main attractions. The staff are great, very friendly and helpful. The rooms are as you would expect, beds comfortable. There was no aircon which meant the room was very hot! We asked at reception for it to be turned on but was told it was winder so would only heat the rooms. When we opened a window our room was then filled with the smell of cigarettes as the central court yard is used for smoking and seems to trap the smell. It was also very noisy with the window open as the court yard being small and enclosed also channels noise! So we didn’t sleep very well sadly. I’m sure if the weather hadn’t been so warm for February (20 degrees) and/or the aircon on we would have been fine. Breakfast was the standard European breakfast. If we were visiting again we would probably not add breakfast and head to a cafe instead. Overall I would say this is a nice hotel to provide the good base for visiting a wonderful city.

Hyvällä paikalla, erittäin siisti. Aamupala kohtuullinen. Palvelu erinomaista. Ainoa miinus siitä että ikkunaa ei voinut pitää auki kun se oli sisäpihan puolelle jossa poltettiin röökiä koko ajan ja kaikki käry tuli huoneisiin jos ikkuna oli auki. Menisin silti uudelleen.

From the check in process to our departure everything went smoothly and we had an enjoyable stay. There was a large assortment for breakfast and it was constantly staffed. The room was comfortable and the hotel was located in an area where we could walk to many things.

A nice stay
Overall I really like this hotel. It's location was pretty good as Rome is so big there's no real central place that would be perfect. The breakfast was really good and the bar was great for wrapping up a day of touring. The closest thing to a complaint was the bed was a bit hard, but I found that to be the case with all the hotels we stayed in in Italy. I'd happily stay at this hotel again if I go back.

This hotel was within walking distance to many of the tourist locations, most specifically the Vatican. Check in , check out was quick. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and the breakfast each day had a nice variety of items. Bell service staff was so helpful with our luggage and in calling a taxi for us when needed. We would definitely stay here again.

The desk personnel happily made dinner reservations, arranged for a taxi, arranged purchase of next-day Vatican Museum tickets when they appeared sold out online. Extraordinary service. Genuinely helpful. The room was amazing too. Exceptionally clean and well designed bathroom. I have found my go to hotel in Rome.

There was no cellphone coverage or wifi coverage in the room. We had to go to the lobby to have access to internet. Hotel staff were notified but nothing was fixed. The room was clean and quiet.

Good location near Vatican side of Rome and able to walk to all places of interest within 30 minutes. Breakfast good but wasn’t able to get it included on day of arrival when we came early and room not ready and for 3 days and price thought that was strange. Clean throughout. Bartender was very service oriented and friendly! Nice area to relax after long day. Didn’t like the tub shower with only 1 side swinging glass door that was hard to shower with but managed. Bed mattress not best/worst but pillows could be better.

Staff was friendly. Breakdast was great. The air-conditioning in the room was perfect. Couldn't use phone data in the hotel unless you hung out by the window in the room because walls are thick. Hotell wifi was a little iffy. Nice and quiet. Bathroom was beautiful but being a bit taller and wider than most, found the sink protuded into the toilet space to be able to sit comfortably. The splash panel for the shower was a little small so water did get on the floor.

Always excellent. Rooms are large comfy and full of amenities. Staff is always professional and courteous. Area is perfect for restaurants, shopping and sites.
