El apartamento esta muy bien, muy limpio y moderno. La única pega que podría haber más productos de limpieza (fregona, recogedor...) y la cafetera podría reemplazarla.

El apartamento tiene una situación excelente, muy cerca de sitios de interés. En el barrio se encuentran restaurantes, panadería y supermercado. Las camas muy cómodas, mobiliario nuevo y decorado con mucho gusto. Recomendable para 4 personas. Nosotros éramos 6 y al abrir el sofá-cama del salón casi no quedaba espacio para acceder a la zona de la cocina, resultando bastante incómodo y reducido para tantas personas. Por suerte, el clima durante nuestra estancia ha sido caluroso, por lo que hemos paliado el inconveniente del espacio interior, haciendo uso de la espectacular terraza y la amplia mesa que allí se encuentra.

Beautiful spacious apartment. We very much enjoyed our short 2 night stay. Transportation set up to and from the property was excellent. Could walk to many of Rome main attractions. The apartment provided privacy for a couple and a single person with the 2bedrooms. Kitchen with coffee included was great. Balcony, living space, and WiFi all good. The elevator was appreciated for our bags since we were on the 5th floor. Minor broken towel bar.

The location was fantastic and the staff were great. The apartment was in beautiful condition and very spacious. It had everything we needed, and the washer/dryer was a huge plus. The only downside was low water pressure and fluctuating hot/cold water in the shower, but we managed fine.

The location and apartment space was great. They were very responsive to all text, but the kids room only had shadows, no blackouts and faced a lot of other apartments windows, so no privacy and a lot light on their face. The beds were horrible and we couldn’t not get a good night of sleep. So, if they would invest in good mattress and a blackout I would say yes, it was worth. We also travel light and book apartments with washer and dryer, they have a 2:1, but it won’t dry. After 4hrs I gave up and put the clothes to dry on the towel rack. So, unless you don’t made a bad sleep and don’t need clean clothes, it was not worth.

Had a lovely time in Monti apartments and Rome. Comfortable stay, nice restaurants and a cheap supermarket nearby. Only 12 minute walk to Trevi and Colloseum. Would recommend for a family stay.

Overall we had a great experience, property is clean very convenient to major sightseeing, restaurants and markets. Only downside of the property is the hot water, for a family of 4 is challenging because the hot water runs out by the second family member, also mattress is a bit hard. Other than that, great experience.

Excellent stay
Spotlessly clean, very much as advertised and with very helpful on-site staff for the check in and a few odd problems with the apartment (toilet flush broken and bathroom door handle loose). Both problems solved within minutes. Excellent location and few staps from several good restaurants, a good supermarket and a bus stop with buses going regularly to most places we wanted to visit. Only downside was the lack of comfortable furniture in the living room. there was only a single 3-seat sofa, yet the apartment was for 6 people.

Le manque de communication de la part de l’hôte concernant la manière dont les équipements fonctionnent à l’intérieur de l’appartement. Il s’agit d’une entreprise donc nous sommes pas accueillis par le propriétaire. Ça été très court et expéditif. Nous avons perdu beaucoup de temps à se débrouiller seule pour faire fonctionner certains équipements car ils étaient différent de ceux que nous utilisons au Canada

The apartment was very nice, clean, gave a traditional feel and the location was perfect for walking to everything. The staff were extremely helpful and communicating was easy with watsapp.

Great service
We were very disappointed in the apartment itself as it was supposed to be 2 bedrooms but one room didn’t have a proper wall so it had no privacy and was noisy. We had specifically paid a lot more for this as we were travelling with our son and our mothers . Staff were responsive and offered an upgrade which was very nice. Great communication. Great location. Building itself is old and it was very noisy with noise from other apartments. Washing machine, dryer and kitchen so great to have. Could walk everywhere!
