No nos ha gustado el desayuno
En general el hotel está bien, pero el desayuno deja mucho que desear... el café es americano y está en un termo preparado vete a saber desde cuando, los zumos son de brick, si se acaba la fruta cortada no la reponen aunque la pidas, no hay nada caliente y no se ve a nadie del hotel en la sala por si necesitas pedir algo. Desayuno bastante decepcionante.

Estimado Javier, tambien hacemos el café espresso. El desayuno no tiene nada caliente porque es continental, osea buffet frio y bebidad calientes. El personal del hotel siempre esta ahi, vamos a averiguar lo que paso durante su estancia.

Excellent hotel however they need to address the ridiculous shower enclosure in the baths. Water gets all over the outside of the bath area and soaks the floor. No need for this type of incident in a high end hotel. Also no fan in the bathroom so unless you shower with the door open and the air conditioning on it’s a steam bath inside.

Elegance and class. The place is like your own personal villa. Beautiful elevated patio/plaza to sit in and watch the world go by. Rooms are most elegant and breakfast was delicious and generous beautiful wood Furniture and furnishings, the bed was comfortable. There’s a mini fridge/minibar. The ceilings in my room must’ve been 14 feet high. I literally rarely saw another guest. It’s like the place existed just for me!

Located in a beautiful villa with a lot of charm. My room was very quiet but was a bit small but if you pay more for a suite, this is the best. Breakfast is included and very tasty. Some improvements can be made to push the hotel to the standards it deserves: of the 150 TV channels I browsed, none was in a language other than Italian and none showed the finals of Roland

Die ruhige Lage Nähe des Parks der Villa Borghese aber trotzdem nicht weit zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten wie Spanische Treppe ...Frühstück war sehr lecker, Service im Hotel sehr zuvorkommend. Jederzeit wieder.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. I did not like how the thermostat was set and could now not lower the temperature below 22*C. That was to warm for me to sleep in. Can definitely tell it was a dated hotel. That is about my only complaint about staying there. I loved the shower and the breakfast was just right for having a quick and substantial breakfast before hitting the town for the day.

Fantastic hotel! The area is quite but walking distance to major sights. Wonderful restaurants close by. Rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast is good and plentiful. The best part about the property is the staff. They are so kind an amazing. Simon at the front desk is a gem! They treated you like family. Hopefully will return to Rome and this is the place I would stay at again!

In a quiet neighborhood, personal service was superb (shout out to Simon!!!). Room was simple and has a mini bar. Our stay included breakfast with a very nice display. Recommend having a car. Limited dining options in walking distance. Spanish Steps is one mile away. A nice walk if you’re up to it.

Great location and great straff. Some mioner things they need to work on with their breakfast. Nice clean rooms with high ceiling. The straff is very friendly and help full.

The property was lovely, but we did not get a warm vibe from the staff (other than the cleaning lady who was so kind). No soaps or shampoos and no Kleenexes. The location wasn’t close to anything.

Charmerende og central beliggenhed
Fint lille hotel med rigtig god beliggenhed og dejligt store værelser. Det eneste, der skuffede lidt, var morgenmaden. Den burde være lidt bedre i den prisklasse. Små ændringer som lidt frisk frugt og brød samt lidt bacon/pølser til røgægget kunne have gjort det.
