Estaria excelente si pudieran reparar el elevador, porque teniamos maletas pesadas y nos toco subir al segundo piso

The central heating didn't work and the bedroom smelled horrible. There was humility on the walls. Although the staff was very friendly at all times.

No hay acesnsor, por eso si lleva maleta grande, solo puedo decir que "Animo". otros cosas todo bien.

El hotel se nota que está renovado recientemente aunque el ascensor no está en uso pero el personal fue muy amable y me pusieron la primera planta que había solicitado. El problema fue que no tenían la calefacción puesta y la primera noche aunque en áreas comunes hacia calor la habitación era una nevera y tuve que dormir con jersey puesto. El resto de las noches tarde encendían la calefacción pero si ibas a media tarde hacia frío y aún con la calefacción el cuarto de baño estaba helado , levantarse y pasar del calor del dormitorio a la toilette era un esfuerzo. Tenían máquinas de bebidas en recepción e incluso podías comprar zapatillas. El personal encantador incluso uno de ellos hablaba castellano Para el verano no creo que existan problemas tenía un aparato portátil de aire en la habitación

La habitación que tuvimos era la opción sin ventana, para ir a descansar es suficiente. La cama era cómoda y la habitación estaba reformada. Hay un pequeño aire acondicionado portátil en la habitación que hacía más ruido que enfriar, pero entiendo que lo cambirñaran. Opcion económica recomendable. No tiene ascensor.

Bastante bien!! Pero sin ascensor!!
Las habitaciones lo mejor. Estan nuevas y limpias. El hotel esta centrico pero quiza demasiado. Esta en la calle donde estan todos los bares y sitios para tomar algo por la noche, con lo que calle puede ser un poco ruidosa. Y eso si, no vayas con demasiado equipaje porque te puede tocar la cuarta planta y no hay ascensor!!!!!

The street can be very noisy during the weekend, but that is to be expected as this is one of the most busy streets in rotterdam. Goed voor 1 nacht. Kamer op zich was schoon, wel schimmel in de badkamer (plafond!). Bed lag ook prima. Er is geen lift en ze vragen €50 borg (cash of creditcard). Neem oordoppen mee, want het ligt aan een drukke straat.

I unfortunately did not check the reviews of the previous customers before booking and that's why I've expected to see some unacceptable things. You will see it immediately when enter the lobby, old furniture, very dirty surfaces and a kind of neglected place. The premises has no elevator, which can be for some people unpractical, everything you see is old and defect. The carpet on the floor before entering the room is very dirty with staines, you enter the room and wave of very unpleasant air hits you in the face and then you would realise that is full with mold. You can find mold around the windows, on the walls and in the shower area. Taking a shower was also kind of a nightmare, since the water doesn't mix, so you can't basically have a proper shower because you will struggling to to get a relatively warm water to shower properly, but you will never succeed 😅 The water would be either burning hot or ice cold. I have never tried to ask anything from the people sitting behind the desk, since you would realise that they are just some students trying to make some money and that they wouldn't be able to help because they don't have the possibility nor the material to assist or help, adding to that that they aren't professionals. In few words, never ever again.

The experience overall was extremely poor. The lift was broken and the room was on the thrid floor. When I got to the room the shower was not connected, the bin was broken and the bedside light did not work. I will not be staying again

Well first of all i was in shock that there was no breakfast included my reservation and they say we have to go outside to have breakfast at other restaurants... then they ask 50,- euro this cant be payed by card only visa so we have to pay contant. There is no kitchen so there is np possibility to order something, then we have to take the stairs to the second flour because the elevator doesnt work, then we put the tv on, it also doesnt work... they only thing thats ok isthe shower and the bed. TIP: book here when ure traveling through.

Ontvangst was vriendelijk. Ontvangstruimte ziet er wat armoedig uit, en het trappenhuis is smerig. Dat belooft wat... Echter, de kamer was netjes en mooi, evenals de badkamer. Buitengeluiden zijn helaas wel goed hoorbaar. Dus als je dat lastig vindt, oordoppen mee. Prima voor een nacht

Het hotel staat in een drukke buurt, maar daar kiest men voor. De warmteventilator in de hotelkamer is nogal lawaaierig en kan alleen centraal (voor het hele hotel) geschakeld worden. Ook jammer dat de ramen niet open kunnen. Voor de rest was het verblijf oké.
