Limpio, nuevo y comodísimo
Ha sido corra pero la noche que pasamos nos pareció bien. Camas colchones modas y limpias, con todo nuevo. Quizás se podría mejorar un poco el desayuno debido al precio de la habitación. Pero de.los.rre hoteles que hemos estado está semana es sin duda el mejor

El ascensor sucio y pasas al dia siguiente y ves los mismos papeles tirados que viste el dia anterior. Desayuno pobre, sin huevos revueltos. Con mesas sucias que no se levantan y la gente no puede desayunar porque el personal no es suficiente. Una decepción.

La situación muy céntrica . Turnos de desayuno para no estar saturados. El personal muy amable. Moderno y limpio .Repetiría sin duda una buena relación calidad precio . Lo peor que no habia armario ni dónde apoyar específicamente la maleta pero se podía hacer en la mesa

Hotel bien ubicado
El hotel se encuentra a dos cuadra de la estación del tren y parada de buses, siendo muy fácil llegar a pie al hotel para quienes se movilizan por tierra. Muy cerca hay varios supermercados y zonas comerciales. El hotel se encuentra en una zona muy tranquila y fácil de iniciar un recorrido a pie para conocer la ciudad, igual como todo Europa, hay que caminar mucho.

un edificio moderno , al lado de la estacion del tren, al frente pasa el bus , el tranvia y el metro..... las niñas de la recepcion muy amables y en general el hotel muy bueno. vale la pena tomar el desayuno.

Excelente opción, ubicacion inmejorable
Literalmente puedes ir caminando a todos lados, ademas metro, tren y tram a 5 minutos. Buen barrio seguro, con muchísimos restaurantes y lugares para divertirse y conocer a minutos. Todo fue muy fácil. Había 2 elevadores en mantenimiento así que subir o bajar a las habitaciones Romana algún tiempo pero es entendible. El hotel estaba lleno asi que a la hora de desayunar debíamos ser pacientes.

Hotel is easy walking distance from Rotterdam Central Station. We arrived early and they served us free cappuccino and chocolate. They also let me check in early as I had a cold and wanted to rest. The free breakfast was excellent too. I recommend them.

The property seemed to suffer from inconstancy with the staff. One example is our departure from the hotel. My travelling companion left early in the morning and the front desk refused to order her a taxi, saying that it was an easy walk to the train station. When I checked out later the staff at the front desk more than happily called for a taxi to take me to the train station. Another issue with the hotel was we had no phone access in the room. There was a phone in the room, but no connection. When I asked at the front desk I was basically dismissed. The staff member said that they knew some of the phones did not work but did not realize ours was out of order. Now in this day and age with cell phones you may not consider this a problem, but in a foreign country and not knowing how to contact someone in case of emergency or need a wake up call it is a tad annoying.

The phone didn’t work, and after four nights of opportunity, we were told by the hotel that they could not fix it. Moving rooms is not an acceptable situation, the infrastructure needs to be ready to go or repairable… and it wasn’t. Included breakfast was half a disaster: The staff was extremely friendly, but they are woefully in need of tables for the amount of people they have staying here, and by all accounts on a regular basis. This has not been a one off, but the “breakfast room” simply is about 2/3 size max that it should be. Way too small with tables pushed far too close together.

Our shower stall grout was from the floor half way up way black with grout mold. I advised the staff. The dining area ran out of napkins after the first day and put out facial tissue instead. Good news, because I asked specifically for Gluten-free rolls at breakfast, I got hot rolls.

Restaurant voor het ontbijt is te klein voor het aantal kamers/gasten die het hotel heeft. Hierdoor en door krapte van het personeel is het moeilijk bij te houden van ontbijtbuffet. Tevens een compliment voor David die zich erg inspande om het ontbijt toch voor de gasten goed te laten verlopen.

Nice hotel close to main train station. Tram station right in front. We are taking a cruise it’s a quick Uber ride to the terminal. Staff is extremely nice. Breakfast is an added plus. Rooms are new and a nice size. Great place to stay when visiting Rotterdam !!!
