Está muy cerca de todo lo turisticamente famoso y es un estupendo lugar para llegar si Rotterdam es tu punto de embarque.

falta servicio
restaurante muy chico y nunca pudimos probarlo cierra muy temprano y tiene gente maravillosa y otras que no tuvimos que luchar para conseguir valet parking que ya estaba programado. no probamos el desayuno por precio y falta de convencimiento los cuartos son maravillosos

Amazing Hotel
Great hotel, great staff, we enjoyed it a lot. Breakfast was on point plus all the measures were taken so everyone is safe at the property! We will be back!

Muy buen hotel
El hotel, los alrededores y el servicio excelente excepto lo que tardan en servirte en el restaurante pero eso es bastante común en Netherlands. Se toman su tiempo en servir las mesas !!!

Excelente ubicación, frente de hotel hay una estación de tren. Las féminas en front desk fueron muy amables contrarió a los hombres. El check-in y el check -out rápido. Ascensor con vista panorámica, habitación muy limpia. Tenía una fragancia agradable, la cama y las almohadas muy cómodas. Los productos de higiene personal de alta calidad. No escatima en reponer los artículos que se han terminado. Cuenta con bañera whirpool con sales. También tiene incorporado una pantalla de tv en el espejo de lavamanos, un baño muy amplio.Tiene un kitchenett y un mini bar. Recomendado 100% si vuelvo a la ciudad vuelvo a quedarme en este hotel.

Algo caro pero perfecto, moderno.
Buena habitaciòn pero gran diferencia con pisos superiores. Recomendable. Buena zona de saunas, gym pequeńo.Limpio. Bien ubicado.

Fantastic hotel in Rotterdam, highly recommended
Great hotel, very cool , nice room with fantastics views to the port, good bed , spacious bathroom with an awesome bath, good dinner and also nice breakfast. But best was the hotel staff, when i arrived the TV didnt work, they send a very kind manager to fix it, as she couldnt , finally she offer me an upgrade to a better room. Customer first!

El spa del hotel en el piso 8 es increíble . Vale la pena visitarlo luego de recorrer la ciudad, poder relajarse en sus instalaciones.

Loved the stay and staff was great but the cleanliness of the room was lacking. I don’t believe the sheets were changed out before we had arrived, we kept finding blond hairs all over the bathroom and in the bed and neither of us are blond so we knew it was not us. And the cups on the minibar had obviously been used and not changed out either as they were stained with coffee. It was only for one night so we endured. We did let management know of our concerns on the way out hopefully this improves.

Heerlijk bed, jammer dat er geen smart tv is.
Het bed is zeker 5 sterren waardig, de faciliteiten zijn ook uitstekend en er is wel aandacht besteed aan het algehele design van het hotel maar daar houdt het dan ook wel op. De service en algehele afwerking zijn hooguit 3 sterren waardig. De wc muren zijn toe aan een verf beurt, er had ooit iemand tegen de muren aan gekots waarschijnlijk en hoewel dit was schoongemaakt zag je nog steeds een vage bruine vlek met duidelijke druipende uitlopers, ronduit ranzig. Zilvervisjes op de kamer die over de meubels lopen, een bank met ingezakte kussens. Dat was toch wel een zware tegenvaller. Daarnaast heb je wel een tv in de badkamer spiegel maar geen smart tv in de kamer. Er lijken vreemde keuzes te zijn gemaakt.

Er was een fout gemaakt bij het boeken omdat Expedia verkeerde foto's van kamers laat zien. Dus bij aankomst bleek het een andere kamer te zijn. Bij de balie van het hotel nagevraagd of we toch de kamer konden krijgen die wij dachten geboekt te hebben, dat kon, €105,- bijbetalen. Dus in totaal bijna €300,- voor 1 nachtje. Mooie kamer,dat gelukkig wel, met whirlpool en sauna, deed het goed. Alleen de minibar was niet aan, of kapot. Dus eigen fles was nog warm nadat we uit eten waren geweest. En er lagen 2 cupjes voor koffie, dat was jammer omdat wij graag koffie drinken. En onze eigen cupjes paste helaas niet. We hebben geen gebruik gemaakt van faciliteiten van het hotel, of ontbijt/diner, dus daar kan ik niks over melden. Wel dat het een mooi en goed hotel is met vriendelijk personeel.

Buiten wat ik allemaal super vond, waren de meubels en interieur niet passend bij de rest van de luxe mooie jacuzzi enzovoorts. Behang en tv was oud, past niet in zo'n luxe kamer en al niet in deze tijd.Rare lamp leek wel verdwaald. En dan de bloempot was echt armoedig. Was overgens heel fijn dat we zo laat nog check out konden doen. Minpunt: Dat we ook weer moesten gaan ☺️ Die dingetjes zouden een upgrade mogen krijgen maar de belangrijkste dingen water echt super

Nice views and spacious, but a bit tired, both rooms and common areas could use tlc. We booked a room with a sauna. Bathroom was good size and sauna almost fits 2 people at a time, very cozy sized. Did not use common amenities since had sauna in the room. Location was ok, walkable to restaurants.

Amazing rooms and amazing sauna and spa, but the hotel employees are very rude and arrogant and they bully you with passive aggressive tactics just to annoy you as much as possible if you try kindly ask for help with any problems on the rooms. The only reason I keep checking in is the incredible sauna rooms. I wish the hotel would hire more socially intelligent and respectful staff.

Luxurious 5 star feel
lovely clean spacious room with an amazing jacuzzi bath tub. made use of the spa facilites and then headed back up for a luxurious bubble bath for 2. heavenly!! Bed was comfortable and the buffet breakfast was great as they cook your eggs fresh - anyway you like them!! Pancakes are also heated up fresh! would definely stay here again
