“Condo was nice and clean, with upscale decor. There was a supply of extra things like spices and coffee filters, tea, etc. That is always nice when you are cooking. Extra things for small children needs like booster and bed, toys, etc. We added to that supply with some beach / pool toys and a booster step stool. Condo could use extra towels, especially in the kitchen area! No dishcloths and only 3 hand towels there. I would love to see a guest book or info with good eateries and hidden gems...

“Great location to see the island. Never more than an hour to any corner. The unit was exactly as advertised and just a few steps from the pool and ocean. Would definitely recommend to anyone.”

Being across the street from Safeway, we were able to walk over and buy food items for lunches/dinners which we were able to prepare in the fully stocked kitchen. “This spot exceeded our expectations! We had heard from friends we would want a spot with AC and some sort of kitchen. Veronica’s place was very clean, roomy, and everything worked great. The view was a big need for me. I wanted to be able to wake up and see the beach/ocean. I loved walking out onto the lanai every morning and seeing that gorgeous view right in front of me!! We definitely recommend this place and we will absolutely stay here again!”

“Friendly & responsive staff, strong Aloha spirit. However, the place is dated, ie still popcorn ceilings. Need pest control (roaches), asked us to take shoes off but floor carpet felt uncomfortably moist, couldn’t really decide the cleanness of carpet due to color, bathroom smells odd, slippery bathtub, low shower pressure. “This is our third time staying at Kappa Sands with our small family. We absolutely love it. The beach is perfect for young kids, walk down the beach and the surf is perfect for riding waves.
