la habitacion con piscina privada es perfecto. Lo único malo es que no tiene privacidad, desde fuera se ve la piscina y la bañera. Es un gran resort con actividades y multiples restaurantes. A pie de playa. El desayuno es increible.

Surreal hotel! No comparison with any other Phuket resort. Is a must Werner travellling with children or couples. Everything is great, awesome and shocking decoration. Great service

Lugar súper relax
Bueno el lugar es muy acogedor, muy relajante. Las recámaras bastante amplias, tienen varias actividades, y el design es muy cool, muchos detalles que lo caracterizan. Puedo decir que estoy conforme del lugar y de la atención de todo el equipo de THE SLATE.

Excelente Estancia
Estuvimos en la "Suite Betley". Una maravillosa suite duplex con piscina privada y atención privada 24h con teléfonos directo con nuestro servicio. Limpieza dos veces al día. A un paso de la playa, privacidad total y tranquilidad. Viajábamos con dos niñas pequeñas. Para mi gusto faltaba un microondas en la cocina. Y lo peor la cantidad de mosquitos, ya puedes ponerte antimosquitos que te pican igual.

一般旅客到了酒店都是想盡快入check in 進房，但酒店接待員卻拿了一張地圖介紹這裏是什麼哪裏是什麼，有點太早了吧？ 浴室的護理液，例如洗頭水，沖涼液，護髮素用別的儲存方法較用金屬儲存器好，因為如果滑手跌了落腳面或腳趾就肯定會受傷了。

It was a remarkable hotel room. The staff were incredible from check in to check out. That was our 3rd hotel in Thailand, as we’ve been traveling a lot, and it was hands down the best. We will make it a point to stay there again when we are back in the area.

The property grounds are huge and set in very nice manicured gardens that are beaitifully maintained. The resorts 3 pools are large and clean and we especially liked the swim up bar in pool number 2. The breakfast buffet was excellent and the location of the resort right in Nai Yang beach can't be beaten.

The Slate Hotel in Phuket is a luxury resort. I had a wonderful stay here, the spa and restaurant facilities are excellent. The breakfast buffet is especially impressive. Staff are extremely friendly, polite and quick to respond to any queries. I had a great stay and would definitely come back. Only thing I would change is the pillows in the bedroom - they are all quite soft and flat.

We enjoyed our stay at the resort for 5 nights. The adults only pools are a huge plus for couples without kids - you can enjoy the weather and relax. Dining options are great - breakfast is very good, and for lunch and dinner you have multiple choices including a Michelin restaurant- all the prices are reasonable. The Spa was great, and also the cooking class was very fun. We had one issue in our last night - there was an event at the resort- a concert right outside our room, at 23:30 we had to call the reception a few times and ask to stop it, it is ridiculous that we paid 350 Euro a night and since 14:00 they started with sound checks drums and what-not. They blasted us with loud music while all we wanted to do is relax. The day after we checked out we mentioned this, and they compensated us in 200 THB (7 Euro)…For this kind of resort I would expected a more personal approach and handling.

The staff is very very very peasant and always ready to help. The property is right next to the beach. We walked out of room and right onto the beach. The services and the food were excellent. They have great restaurants and activities. Having choice of pool also helped. They have kids and adult pools and they’re both amazing.

We booked a private pool villa after finding an unbelievable deal with expedia, something that would otherwise be way out of our budget. we had high expectations and these were somehow exceeded in every way. from the staff right through to the facilities and food. our 12 yr old some was always entertained buy the experience centre, we were treated like royalty at every point, highly recommend

Unique, stylish, comfortable and great food.
Only 1 night this time, it was our second visit. Hotel is amazing! Great attention to detail, staff extremely friendly, absolutely beautiful grounds. Definitely worth staying here, the rooms are spacious and well appointed with beautiful and interesting decor. Simply love this unique hotel!!
