Lack of cleaning everywhere
You arrived to the bathroom and there was hair (like when you use a razor and then hit it against the wall) hair in the shower as well, hair in the sink, hair everywhere. I know the description said the bed was a full size, but fit in 2 people in there is impossible. and We are a very tiny couple. Regarding amenities -not such a thing- Towels felt like leya, and a small piece of soap were the "amenities" Highlights: The staff is nice, and the place is secure, and close to everything you might possible need

Liked that the property is gated n to enter to park a room key is required. Safe for children with some level of supervision. Was also nice to see the swimming pool being used by a family with children.

The property was gated and had big brick walls around it which made it very quiet. Also had many nice areas for our dogs.

This property has smoking rooms connected with non-smoking rooms. It comes through the bathroom vent and it is impossible to get rid of. The staff was aware of the situation somehow because they called us about the room condition. I mention everything and she offered a room change but we were already tired for the night at 11 pm. It was a big mistake because the cigarette smell got stronger as we slept, then if there are people walking by you can feel their heavy steps walking back and forth. The environment is so bad, there are people outside drinking beer and a few hanging out in their car. It definitely doesn’t look or feel safe. I’d rather stay at Quality Inn across the street!

Location is convenient right off the 99 freeway, but far enough away to avoid freeway noise. Costco down the street was nice to fill the gas tank

There is a metal fence around the motel with an automatic gate. Felt that my car was safe. The parking lot was well lit. There is a Denny’s 700 feet away so if you are tired of driving it is convenient to eat then hit the hay

The property is gated so I we felt safe... but they don't provide you nothing of toiletries like shampoo conditioner, makeup remover towels, hair dryer microwave or nothing you expect to have in a motel/hotel basic stuff like that...they have a vendor machine so you can purchase this items all through I didn't get to check it out since I was ready to shower.. but the two persons we've met were helpful and friendly...

We had to wait an extra 45 minutes to an hour to check in because the staff locked herself out the office and we were already extremely tired from our flight as it is and was late at night so we had to wait for another manager to come open the door for her.

Beds very soft TVs. Nice size floors clean woke up in the morning roaches walking around, killed him and walking in the bathroom and they’re coming out of the tub. The staff told the staff and they said they were telling housekeeping but they need to call pest control. Before the problem gets out of hand.
