The staff has no customer service, I asked for an itemized receipt when checking out, the person who checked me out said Expedia will send it to you. I do not want to be charged for unnecessary fees. The room was dirty, old furniture that was broken, walls had cracks, the linens were torn, windows had mold, just disgusting. The cleaning room service person kept knocking on our door the next day to rush us to check out. Bad experience

Your experience is below our standard.Providing the highest level of hospitality is our number one priority and I sincerely apologize for failing to meet your expectations.In regards to our hotel conditions we are in the process of a full renovation which does include our public space and guest rooms. We understand we are long overdue for these updates and are looking forward to the transformation of our hotel.I have shared your feedback with our leadership team to ensure the necessary guidelines are in place and reviewed to prevent these issues from occurring in the future.I hope you choose to stay with us again when your travels bring you back to the area.

Our stay was great, and Zach was extremely helpful when we were checking in. Unfortunately, we had an early game and had to leave early and were unable to take advantage of the free breakfast as they did not allow us to pack it to go. That was frustrating as we had paid for it so it should have been available for us to take it with us.

This place has been around for Years. They’ve done a good job keeping it nice. Bed was a 3.5 out of 5. Paying for parking is stupid, especially considering their lot Needs paving. Decent hotel, noisy on the Sunrise side.

Formaggia restaurant ridiculous. We went there hoping for a nice quiet dinner after a long day of driving and were met with a sports bar atmosphere. Loud noisy nerve wracking. We left. Next morning we went there for breakfast. Much calmer atmosphere. BUT…all food items were served in paper or plastic. Paper plates, bowls, coffee cups and plastic cups for water and juice. Also plastic utensils! The price of the food was high and you’d think the servewear would be appropriate for the cuisine. The wait staff were pleasant and efficient. The food was very good. In our room: the bottom of the tub was extremely slippery and no rubber mat was provided. Also the shower curtain insert was way too long and we both stepped on it. A real tripping hazard.

You brought to our attention that during your recent stay we fell short of meeting your expectations while dining in our temporary Formaggio .Your experience has been shared with the F&B Management who joins me in offering our sincere apologies. We understand that the current state of the restaurant is not a standard, and unfortunately unavoidable due to the depth of the construction on a majority of our kitchen and restaurant. Due to the amount of work currently being done we are unable to do regular ware washing of china, glass and silverware and have done our best to find temporary solutions. Our goal is to not only provide great food and service to our guests but also to maintain a working structure for our employees while we work through this transition. We understand that we are long overdue for this update and appreciate your patience and understanding while we get through this phase of workAlthough we fell short of meeting your expectations during your stay, I hope you will consider our hotel on your next visit to the area so that we can deliver on the guest experience you deserve when our gym and restaurant renovation is complete.Providing the highest level of hospitality is our number one priority and I sincerely apologize for failing to meet your expectations.

The room itself was very clean and well maintained with the exception of the mini fridge and a few of the outlets didn't work otherwise room was great. However the staff and customer service was quite lacking and extremely rude. They tried to make it right by giving me a free coupon to Starbucks that expired that day and that the Starbucks had already closed for the night. Would love to return . But I don't think I will be in the near future

The hotel lobby is very nice and the staff is very friendly. The room is large and the bed is very comfortable. The only downside is the cost to park, the walls are very thin, there is significant road noise, it is jaunt from I-5, and the carpet needs some tlc. For the price, I would stay here again

Great Location and Good on Comfort
Appreciated the kindness when we checked in a 3. The hostess at 10 a.m was a bit curt when we asked if we could check-in early. Our room was wonderful and we sincerely enjoyed the dining options of the restaurant. Waitresses and Waiters were exceptionally kind and provided great service.

Needs updates
I was actually shocked at the state of the property being a Marriott and all. We always book Marriott for consistency and this property is very outdated and not what we expected. The restaurant servers were awesome but we probably would not come back.
