“Amazing place! Quiet, clean, 3 min walk to the beach. Beach chairs and umbrella is there for your use. Apartment is new, beautifully decorated, modern appliances in the kitchen, large balcony, internet is great, TV has lots of choices. “Everything was fine EXCEPT for the water situation, which was cut off nearly everyday for the first third of our stay. However, this was not the owners' fault since the water problems on the French side of the island seem to be endemic. Because of that, next time we go on the island, it may force us to look on the Dutch side for accomodations”

“We came to visit for SXM Festival and were very pleased with our stay! There is a market and a bakery across the street for all your basic needs. The view from the beach is beautiful and you can watch the sunrise over the mountains. We really enjoyed sitting out on the patio lounge chairs and sunbathing. The pool is only steps away and is clean and refreshing. Regina was especially kind and understanding as we arrived early and needed some extra time to check out. 5 stars!”
