La habitación con no mucho detalle en la limpieza y la alfombra estaba muy sucia, la calefacción no servía, la verdad es que me decepcionó un poco por se cadena Holiday Inn.

En esta ocasión me decepcionó el servicio
Rentamos dos habitaciones por cinco noches cada una, el primer día se realizó cambio de toallas y se hizo la cama, aunque íbamos a estar cinco noches y a pesar de que se le solicitó a varias personas en varias ocasiones que se realizara limpieza NUNCA volvieron a entrar a las habitaciones, ni siquiera para recoger o retirar la basura. Muy decepcionante No nos prestaron ninguna atención a nuestras múltiples solicitudes.

Empezando por el check in, la recepcionista bastante désota, cero trato de atención a cliente y después el servicio de limpieza, no lo hicieron.

Me encanto esta a solo unos minutos de seaworld no perdimos tiempo manejando Tienen alberca en el interior asi que aunque acuatica estubo cerrado por la temporada mis hijas pudieron divertirse en la pisina por las mañanas y en la tarde en seaworld

The hotel room had a weird smell like dirty feet or mold but overall staff was very helpful and nice! The customer service outweighed the smell.

The room was so humid it was hard to get comfortable. That made the carpet sticky. It was clean at least. The staff was friendly. The pool was convenient. It did its job.
