Thanks Kembra for the review! That was me telling you that it was OK to use (based on housekeeping). They do wash and dry the bedding and sheets after every stay, in that dryer. In fact, it dries so much better then the other units they maintain, that sometimes they use our dryer for other units. Needless to say - thanks for the review, and for being honest in it. Our goal is to eventually replace the dryer once we can afford it. Thank you so much!

Thanks for the kind review! Yes we had an internet outage. We apologize for that terrible inconvenience. We actually were responsive, in the same day we were notified, we had a 3rd party remote engineer on the phone helping our neighbor/nephew to work on the issue. It turns out the internet source (spectrum) had an outage. Unfortunately, internet was back online within a couple hours after your checkout. If you choose to come back, please reach out to me in advance and we will give you a discounted rate for the inconvenience :)
