The staff does not appear to be approachable. Upon checking in, there was very little eye contact, The room had bugs. When I contacted the service desk, they said will notify man Schmidt, but did not offer to move us. I had to request to be put into another room. In the past, I stayed at Hilton hotels and had a great experience this was an anomaly. when I checked out, I had to ask for a copy of the receipt. The agent was reluctant to give it to me.
