El hotel es una porquería el hotel
Fue un fraude, hablé a hoteles.com me robaron mi dinero, la habitación estaba echa un asco no me resolvieron en el hotel, me retire busque otro hotel la verdad recomiendo que no usen estos hoteles, tampoco reserven por Hoteles.com no te ayudan cuando tienes este tipo de problemas se me hace un abuso por parte de ellos también. La verdad creo que ni los perros se pueden quedar en una habitación cómo está. Son unos abusones.

El hotel está sucio, y no se que clase de insectos, pulgas o algo así, porque me picaron dentro del cuarto y se ma hicieron ronchas, por eso cancelé la siguiente noche y tube que hacer otra reservación urgente en otro hotel

It was wonderful stay! I like that everything is so white and clean! Beds are so comfortable and you have all what you need in room! It was quiet also! Plus is that all building and rooms are renovated! I will stay there again when I’m in SD

Room was fine for our needs. Breakfast was decent and helped save us money. They do charge a deposit that takes a few days to appear back in your account. Don’t worry though, you’ll get it back. Would stay again.

Housekeepinng came every other day during the week. But, front desk people gave us clean towels every time we rrquested. Very convenient location. Easy access & very good Mexican eateries in f r ont of hoyel and zcrosd the street.

Staff is very nice, courteous and professional. In the toilet room, there were no place to put your clothes except on the toilet, very low water pressure in the shower and holes in the wall near door trim.
