Dos cosas: 1 cuando hice la reservación me ofrecieron y reserve una habitación con vista a la bahía y me terminé en una en primera planta con vista al parqueo. No quise discutir eso en recepción por que era un tiempo de descanso con mi familia y no quería entrar en conflicto. 2. Estuvimos dos noches y en ningún momento limpiaron la habitación.

Habitación linda, lástima de servicio
Lo mejor fue la habitación, estuvo amplia, limpia y bonita. Sin embargo el hotel en general se siente descuidado, hay hules cubriendo pasillos completos sobre la alfombra, estuvimos 5 noches y todo el tiempo estuvieron los hules sobre la alfombra. Otro punto negativo es el servicio, el personal no se esmera en la atención al cliente, los recepcionistas no sonreían y algunos hasta podían llegar a ser groseros con su antipatía. El desayuno tampoco es bueno, los 5 días fue el mismo menú limitado (huevo con papa y carne de hamburguesa) el horario de desayuno también es muy limitado, tienes solo 2 horas para tomar el desayuno 7 am a 9 am. Por eso en general le pongo 3 estrellas

Bueno, puede mejorar, estacionamiento caro
Un buen hotel, sin embargo con falta de mantenimiento general, el desayuno bufet me decepcionó pues he estado en otros hoteles de la cadena incluso ahí mismo en San Diego y tienen un poco más de variedad como fruta. Que el café solo esté disponible en el desayuno, también es algo que decepcionó en todos los que he visitado el café estaba todo el día. El estacionamiento 40 dólares por día me parece demasiado. El servicio general del personal es muy bueno

Súper recomendado Excelente ubicación
Reservé esta opción de último momento, mi experiencia fue muy buena en general y agradezco mucho especialmente a Claudia de la recepción por toda su atención. Si es tu primera vez en San Diego es muy buena opción. El hotel está súper bien ubicado, si rentas auto tienes cerca una oficna de AVIS, alrededor está Little Italy con restaurantes y bares, caminando también puedes tomar el Trolley. Recomendado

muy buena ubicación cerca del trolley que te lleva a todos lados, cerca de little italy con muy buenos restaurantes, con un parque en frente para los niños, cuartos limpios, buen desyuno incluido. lo malo es que por fuera esta un poco deteriorado.

El hotel es viejo, pero muy bien ubicado. La limpieza del cuarto tiene mucha oportunidad de mejora, las camas (aunque pidas housekeeping) no las cambian. Las sabanas estuvieron sucias, todas las noches nos daba comezón.

La estancia fue muy cómoda, la TV tiene netflix que puedes usar con tu propia cuenta, el internet gratis es suficiente para tareas ocasionales como revisar el correo. El estacionamiento tiene costo (30usd/noche) que debe ser considerado, hay un hall de uso común donde se sirve desayuno y un refrigerio en las tardes, si bien había bastante gente la atención fue buena.

Un hotel muy amigable y bien ubicado
Muy buena , rentamos 18 noches una suite dos cuartos , excelente personal, la alberca no la utilizamos es muy pequeña , ningun ruido de los trenes que pasan, pues era algo que nos preocupaba, si vas a gaslamp una calle llena de restaurantes tiendas etc lo mejor es de ir de noche y si vas con niños hay un restaurante old spaguetti factory excelente lugar para comer precios muy accesibles y muy pensado en plan familiar, seaport tambien debes ir y comprar un papalote pues su area para volarlos es excelente.

I like that it was close to everything. Food was great for breakfast. Checkin was easy and early. I didn’t like that an alarm clock went off at 3am and couldn’t talk to a manager. They wrote it down and told me a manager would reach out that hadn’t happened. Also I found a dirty rag in the room after they cleaned it. Those were two things I didn’t like.

Pretty good hotel for the price. Conveniently located between downtown and other tourist destinations. Same sort of blah breakfast as usual, and the hallways are a little dim, but otherwise pretty good.
