I can certainly understand your frustration with not being assigned the room reserved, and not being informed ahead of time of this change. During the check in process, you should have been informed of housekeeping not being performed daily in the room, unless it was requested, but room will be serviced on alternate days. Cleanliness of our guests suites and guest common areas is very important to us, and I do apologize that we did not meet your expectations. Currently our guest room suites are scheduled for cleaning every other day, however guests may choose to receive service daily. We are glad you enjoyed your stay. I'm sorry about the Housekeeping, that is the automatic schedule but you absolutely could have had cleaning everyday and that should have been offered at check in. I'll make sure to let the team know. We appreciate your feedback!
