If you are visiting downtown San Francisco, have business in Silicon Valley or simply want to be near the airport our location provides an excellent central location for all there is too see and do in the Bay Area. Buen hotel alejado del centro con caos en Limpieza
El hotel estaba bien: con habitaciones grandes y cómodas, amenities perfecto, Parking en el hotel que en SF es un lujo, un poco alejado pero gestionable si llevas coche, zona tranquila sin oírse aviones.. Pero el desastre vino con la limpieza diaria de la habitación. Ya te avisan en recepción en el checking de que tienes que solicitarla exprofeso todos los días para tu habitación. Se amparan en el ecologismo para no limpiar todos los días la habitación cuando en realidad es una medida de reducción de costes que visten de lagarterana para que el cliente al final tenga menos servicios. El primer día fue culpa mía no solicitarla porque no lo sabía. Pero el último día también me pasó y eso fue culpa suya porque no se organizaron bien para hacerme la limpieza de la habitación a pesar de haberla solicitado. Cuando llegas por la noche cansado de un día entero de pateo por la ciudad te encuentras con que la habitación no está hecha y no es posible hacerla porque el servicio de limpieza ya no está. Te quedas con cara de toto protestando pero no pueden hacer nada en recepción más que darte unas toallas nuevas. Así que muy mal por el hotel por dejarme dos de los cuatro días sin limpieza de la habitación. Si opto por un hotel es para tener limpieza diaria sino para eso me cojo un Airbnb. Muy mal Hilton por implantar esta medida. Es un problema claro de experiencia cliente que deben gedtionar.

Excelente servicio. Personal amable y dispuesto a colaborar para hacer de nuestra estadía una experiencia excelente. Buenas instalaciones. Un delicioso desayuno. Me equivoqué al reservar, les pedí que me cambiaran a una cama king y me cambiaron a otra habitación muy amablemente. También nos colaboraron con un late check out pues nuestro vuelo salía tarde. Lo recomiendo !!!

Las instalaciones están muy bien, el desayuno que ofrecen está muy bueno y muy completo, el personal muy amable tanto del front desk como los meseros. El unico inconveniente que no hay lugares cerca para comer, aunque tienen una tienda en el lobby para una emergencia, un dia llegamos tarde y nos quedamos sin cenar. Transporte gratis desde y hacia aeropuerto excelente, Ojo, debes hablar al hotel en cuanto llegues al aeropuerto para que te recojan y la suttle pasa cada media hora. como sugerencia deberían tener servicio de transporte al downtown de burlingame considerando que no hay nada cerca por ahi. La unica opción segura de moverte si no llevas carro es en uber. recomiendo el hotel sin embargo , en nuestro caso le erramos ya que fuimos por 4 dias y nos quedaba bastante lejos la ciudad de san francisco y tuvimos que pagar mucho de uber, es la unica manera segura de moverte, debido a la inseguridad

This is the worst service I had ever received in the front desk of a hotel when I checked in. I did a late entrance and a lady who is the Manager was extremely rude and after a discussion “suggested” me to look for another hotel at 1 am. In addition, this hotel has nothing to do with the hilton franchise I have experienced in the pasó, really old, dirty and not confortable at all. Very bad client journey considering what I paid, I will never stay again. Hope senior management do something with the Manager menciones, really nothing to do with other Hilton crew I had met in other Hilton properties.

Far from San Francisco, noisy room above the ajr conditioning system, we Complained, they changed us to a better room. Food at the restaurant was good but service was not. Also, they charged wrong restaurant check and after complaining they finally took it out. Very inconvenient.

The A/C in the room sounded like an old Chevy engine and my wife couldn’t sleep all night. Smoke detector or something was flashing like a strobe light too. There was a long black wirery hair in the shower. The bed and pillows were comfortable though.

The wind kept us awake most of the night! Very loud and howling. Sounded like a window wasn’t sealed properly! Only got a few hours sleep but we’ll survive. We won’t be back! Staff is very friendly and accommodating! I’m sure they would’ve changed our room if we would’ve asked!
