Estupendo
Estuve una semana hospedado y es un hotel pequeño, con estacionamiento propio y en una zona muy tranquila. Lo recomiendo ampliamente, es muy tranquilo, café de cortesía en la mañana y vino de cortesía por las tardes. Cerca y caminando muy ricos restaurantes, de todos los tipos. Una mención, muy, muy especial al staff del hotel, nos atendieron de maravilla, siempre muy amables y dispuestos a ayudar. Siempre sonrientes, amigables y con excelente disposición, muchas gracias y felicidades!

Couldn’t have picked a better location. The room was as pictured. This isn’t a luxurious hotel, but it is definitely not lower end. It’s simple but still very comforting. The staff was great, Rey at the front desk was incredibly helpful. I would stay here again.

Ideal hotel en japantown / fillmore street
Muy buena la ubiación (japantown) y cerca de la calle fillmore con muchos locales para hacer compras y restaurants. Tiene la calidad y ambientación típica de Kimpton hoteles. Las habitaciones son muy limpias y tienen una heladera a disposición en la habitación (muy bueno porque no tiene desayuno incluido)

Short and great stay at San Francisco.
Comfortable hotel, in a nice and calm neighbourhood. It is located in the Japan town,walking distance to union square,10 blocks aprox and bus stop in front,to go everywhere in San Francisco.

Thank you / Hola, Jessica! Yes, we are in a nice quiet "locals' neighborhood," and if folks are not up for a walk or taxi/rideshare, it is pretty cool that the number 2 and 3 bus lines are right out front. Although walking is still my favorite way to see the city if you have the time and ability!

We fully enjoyed our stay here... Room was clean and there was plenty of room. staff was helpful. You had to ask for amenities like a hair dryer, but I believe you could get one. But it was very clean and comfortable. Bed was comfortable, there were enough outlets.. I can't think of anything negative about it. It was perfect for what we needed it for. Had a small fridge, no microwave, and no coffee in the room (coffee downstairs was very good) Overall, this place was great!!! Would recommend!

Walked in on
The hotel is quite lovely. The art and the vibe are right up our alley. Having room service walk in on me butt ass naked at 8am on a Sunday morning is the most ludicrous thing the staff could do. No apology, no nothing. When I told front desk I was told “yeah, that happens sometimes”. Well, in my 42yrs that is a first. Most likely will not be staying again do the lack of concern.

Great stay in Japantown!
The staff were incredible and accommodating. The room was recently renovated and very comfortable. The hotel will only get better as they bring back the restaurant! Looking forward to staying here again. Love the proximity to Fillmore St.

Japanese design inspired hotel in SF Japantown
Very nice hotel in Japantown in San Francisco. Great access to Japantown malls, food, and shopping. Really enjoyed being able to get a plant at checkin and having this in our room, very fun! Room was very comfortable, with super plush mattress and bedding. Very nice Japanese inspired decorations in the room. Enjoyed the wine happy hour in early evening. Overall outstanding stay!

The rooms need a refresh, for some reason they put me in a handicap room which i guess was fine but weird, the shower was crappy and kind of broken. Staff was friendly and the site was nice. Not horrible not the best.

Unsafe and unacceptable service
I had two gold necklaces stolen from the safe. It took 2 hours for the hotel staff to follow up on this matter only to tell me they were not able to find the necklaces in the safe. Further the room walls are not insulated which let's you hear everything happening in the other rooms. We were also not offered our hotels.com silver vip benefits upon arrival.
