Das Hotel wurde vor kurzer Zeit komplett renoviert. Es war sehr sauber und das Zimmer war sehr modern eingerichtet. Alle Steckdosen haben USB Anschlüsse, sodass wir keine Adapter benötigten. Es gibt nur eine Kleinigkeit im Zimmer zu bemängeln. Es gibt am Waschbecken keine Ablage. Dort kann man leider gar nichts abstellen. Zum Zeitpunkt unseres Aufenthalts halt leider die Eismaschine nicht funktioniert. Das Hotel verfügt über einen großen kostenlosen Parkplatz. Der ganze Parkplatz wird per Video überwacht. Leider hält dies nicht davon ab, dass Scheiben eingeschlagen werden. Denn in unserer zweiten Nacht, wurde bei einem Auto das nur wenige Autos neben unserem abgestellt war, eine Scheibe eingeschlagen. Hierfür kann das Hotel nichts, denn es ist ein generelles Problem von San Francisco. Hier hilft wohl nur, Parkplätze komplett abriegeln oder durch eine Sicherheitsmitarbeiter bewachen lassen. Für uns steht fest, ein tolles Hotel in super zentraler Lage. Wir kommen gern wieder.

This Inn has been nicely renovated. However, my room was NOT cleaned at all. The cleaning personnel came to pick up the trash and brought more old towels only. On our last day, I requested the cleaning lady to come and clean my room because the shower was dirty and had old hair, she showed up and refused to clean it, stating that it was the end of her shift and couldn't come earlier- She only brought towels. No extra blankets were accessible in the room. The small cabinets are pretty, but not functional (for example in order to use the microwave, you have to manually hold the cabinet door open)

Parking is very limited and not guaranteed. Anything bigger than a large SUV will have additional issues. I knew this from reading other reviews so I wasn’t surprised that when I arrived at 10:30pm and did not have a spot. There was one in the back but our standard half ton was too tall. After checking in the front desk went above and beyond by shuffling some things around so we could park for the night. After driving 13 hours this was so appreciated and made our stay. He also helped us find food and recommended activities. The rooms are very nicely renovated. The location is great, big bus tours picks up just down the street and it’s only a 15 minute walk to the piers. Rooms were surprisingly quiet, but that definitely relies on the other occupants at the time.

We were more than impressed with our stay at the hotel. The front desk staff was extremely polite and helpful providing advice during our stay. The room was super clean, and while it did smell strongly of cleaning products when we opened the door, the smell eventually faded away. Based on the price, I don’t think you can find a better deal for the area. It is about a 15 minute walk to the wharf, and we felt safe doing it in the evenings as well. Parking is somewhat limited. My advice would be to not come back to the hotel too late in the evening because all the spots will be full, and the you will have to find a spot on the street, which can be extremely challenging. The room was comfortable and recently updated. We would definitely stay here again.

Recently remodeled property. Front desk staff was kind and accommodating. Location is close to plenty of must sees. The only downs were the towels which were not at all soft and the bed which was very firm (not a downside for all but definitely wish I had known prior to my stay)

La Casa Inn is a clean space to rest. It was a little noisy with people above, but a lot of hotels are. Staff was very friendly. The only issue was checking in took a while for someone to assist and checkout, no one was at the front desk. Other than that, very clean and close to just about everything.

I would highly recommend this property. Rooms have been totally remodeled and are so clean, nice and modern. The location is very close to Fisherman's Warf and in a safe area. Free parking and well lit. Young man at desk was very friendly and helpful with information. We would definitely stay here again.
