La pasamos muy bien. 😎 El hotel está muy bien ubicado. Caminando en poco minutos, se tiene acceso a la estación Powell del Metro, a paradas para tomar camiones, trolebuses y hasta la parada principal del Cable Car.

Polite, nice, helpful, welcoming people at front desk, clean rooms, walk distance to great stores like Macys, Nike,adidas, LV, Gucci,etc Walking distance to cable cars, don’t have a garage on site but a couple very near from hotel. Great for families. Planning to go back soon

I’ll start with worst parking there is no parking there are no discounts with any surronding garage. There is a garage a block (mason&o’farrell)away that’s 24hr and for $45 daily they offer in and out parking. It is noisy so noisy hard to sleep, the a/c was just as loud as outside. And there’s a weird smell in the hallways. No room service as well.

The location of this property was great. Lots of things to do in the area, and walking distance to china town and the financial district. The staff was extremely nice all around. The rooms are slightly dated and did not have natural lighting which really messed with my sleeping schedule but the beds were comfy and the room was clean.

Old and gross.
Not a good experience. No working heater. Complicated remotes that are worn out. Blows air, but never got hot. Shower water doesn’t get hot. The bedding is like sand paper. So itchy and gross. Seemed like a run down old place. Yah, location is pretty good, but I won’t stay there again. You think “Hilton” and you think it’ll be nice, way wrong about that.

The hotel is okay, I would not stay here again but it was not worth the hassle to leave for a 2 night stay. The shower is extremely small and did not drain well and I had to shower in standing water. The water in the shower and also the sink would not get hot at all- it was room temperature at best. The outlets in the bathroom did not work. The window looked into another hotel room and let no natural light in the room. The smell throughout the entire hotel reeked of musty odor as well. If I’m being critical, the paint job in the hotel could be described as the landlord special - sloppy, many layers, and outlets painted over. I would have expected this from a motel, but not a Hilton property. I let the receptionist know about the issues that needed to be resolved in the room (drain, water, and outlet issues) upon checkout. I didn’t ask but I was not offered any sort of “compensation” such as Hilton points or room credit despite having Gold status. The positive: the bed was comfortable.

Ein sehr gutes Hotel in Downtown San Francisco's. Das Haus ist zwar alt aber innen sehr modern und neuwertig. Die Rezeption war immer besetzt und freundlich auch ein Zimmer Wechsel wurde ohne Murren umgesetzt. Die Lage ist genial ja es sind eigene Obdachlosen in der Nähe aber dies ist in der gesamten Stadt so. Man fühlte sich aber sicher, in der direkten Umgebung sind zahlreiche Shopping Möglichkeiten, Restaurants und Bars. Und die weltbekannte Tram fährt direkt vor der Tür und mit dem BART kommt man direkt in 30Min zum Flughafen. Also wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt.

We loved it!
It’s exactly what we wanted! Historic San Francisco vibes, but with modern comfort. Location is great and the staff were exceedingly helpful. We would stay here again.
