I wish I can explain to you. But, I do not know who you are since you responded as anonymous. Recently, we have not charge anyone $400. Our prices are strictly on the market demands.

We do not offer breakfast. We have not advertise that we do. The coffee is complimentary and liked by most of our guests.

The price you paid of $285 was standard rate in San Jose, on day of your stay. The price for hotel with cafeteria etc. may have been 4 times as much. When you booked, it tells you the amenities we offer, and it does not mention that we have cafeteria. We also do not discriminate, be it truck driver, construction workers, or someone like yourself. We welcome everyone, as long as they do not cause anyone harm. Thank you for your stay.

Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry that our staff missed placing towels in the room, but the towels you were given were clean, soft and new. Also, water bottle is available in the office, which you bought but didn't pay since you had left your wallet in the room.

Thank you for the feedback. Our building is "old", however, our rooms are clean and kept up. There are many restaurants nearby within 1 mile. We also provide great customer service as you may have noticed with delivery of your watch. Also, the price of the room for the day were 30 to 40% less than the market price.
