Hello Anonymous,Sorry to hear that having a sign at the front door telling guests what time front desk would return left a bad taste in your mouth, as you may not know, many businesses these days are short staffed and ask for patron's patience during this unfortunate time.If you were so uncomfortable in your room, a quick phone call to the desk could have taken care of any issues you were having so that your stay could be as comfortable and enjoyable as possible, please let front desk know of any issues you are experiencing immediately, not after check out. Hello Lindsay,Sorry but we do not have a "chain" at the front doors, yes, front desk has a sign that they put up when they go to lunch or break, per California law, the clock on the door lets you know what time they are expected back. There is absolutely no "chain" at any time whatsoever.

Hello Silvia,Yes, you did not stay as front desk was not accepting of the foul language you were using toward her and asked to you leave the property.
