Excelente Hotel. Limpian diariamente la habitación, cero ruido, agua caliente, vista a la bahía, ascensor funciona perfecto, lobby 24 horas, aire acondicionado excelente. Lo recomiendo y volvería.

The hotel never answered their phone, before we arrived to ask about early check in options or while we were there and called from our room to ask for housekeeping. The majority of the staff acted as if they were doing us favors rather than us being paying customers. The bartender never asked us for drinks for food, while we sat at the bar to watch a 2.5 hour basketball game. We asked for every drink and meal which totaled 8 drinks, 2 hamburgers and 2 desserts, over the course of sitting there. His name was Jesus.

Nice property with convenient location. Be aware of resort fee ($35 daily ) not included in reservations. Hotel associated restaurant wis very expensive. Parking is not included, $28 valet parking only

I am not understanding the bad reviews, we were a little skeptical because of them;however, we had an amazing experience and will be back. We had one small incident the first night, but the engineering team handled it right away! It is in such a walkable location;however, you can get peace and quiet from the nightlife when you are ready to go to bed.

The staff is very friendly and attentive. English and Spanish are spoken which is great. Valet parking comes in handy. Unfortunately the tv was not working well. And our sink kept clogging. We had a nice view of the bay on the tenth floor. Pool is gorgeous. There’s an on-site restaurant which was nice, but definitely not a Puerto Rican menu. Condado is ok but absolutely no Puerto Rican culture here including San Juan. We slept in this hotel but spent our days south to really get a feel of Puerto Rican culture and cuisine.

I didn’t want to be rude but I had to say this. How could you pay for a room and not have it available by the time to check in??? They didn’t give me the room I paid for because they didn’t have my room available at 4:10?? The door was broken, super heard to close… broken floor in the bathroom.. my first and last time… sorry not sorry!

My stay at the Hilton garden inn was great. Of course like any other first time stay in a hotel you will experience things for the first time and discover if you can tolerate these things or not. I will say the only minor inconveniences we were faced with was arriving too early and no early check in available (we knew the odds of it happening and they list many times that check in is at 4pm and early check in may not be available) but after waiting till 4pm from our early arrival we finally get our room and have to ask to be moved because there were ants coming out of a hole in the wall/foundation and they luckily immediately accommodated to our needs. Another minor inconvenience, the door to both rooms we were given were VERY hard to unlock. With/without digital key and the physical keycard, the doors are just difficult to open. As for the room itself and the cleanliness of it, the room was very nice, very clean, the showers don’t really have great water pressure but you can’t expect a fire hose on an island. The hotel in general was very clean, the staff was amazing, so helpful, friendly, and inviting. The pool and jacuzzi was great! I do feel as though there are not too many dining options within the hotel, it is attached to the condado plaza which you can access the skyway on the second floor that is open to both sides/both hotels, on the condado plaza side you can get breakfast in the mornings and then maybe go back to the Hilton but it just wasn’t much to offer overall.

This hotel was regal. Clean, beautiful, modern decorated. Pool area was great with views of the bay. We didn’t know that we had the privilege of using the facilities at the hotel across the street as well as the public beach there. We did not care for the restaurant and bar there. The morning buffet was over priced for a quality of food. The drinks at the bar were not that great and also overpriced. But all in our stay, there was very very nice.

Only one elevator working during entire stay. Hotel felt empty had a haunted feeling. Hilton garden inn hotels have different standards in pr than in the mainland. Young lady from Vermont serving hosting and taking care of the breakfast is the most most emorable person i have met in peurto rico. Overall the staff was awesome .. rooms were overpriced for a scarcely booked name brand hotel.

Very clean, new facilities. Not really a resort and the restaurant is okay. You really have to travel either to condado or old San Juan it’s not particularly “near” anything. Staff were great and overall a decent value, but would recommend staying somewhere nicer for more money or just a better location.

I was denied a bottle of water because I didn’t book directly thru them although I’m a Hilton member. Very wrong after a long trip specially if the person ahead of you get some . Denied water
