Saludos Rosa. Aclaremos unos detalles, nuestro Front desk tiene horas limitadas por el cual están claramente estipuladas en las plataformas. Durante su estadía se le pregunto si deseaba servicio por el cual usted groseramente contesto que No. La Maid la oriento de necesitar algo dejarle saber ya que estaba apunto de irse. Usted espero ver la maid en la salida para pedir servicio por el cual fue la razón que no se le brindo. Si la habitación estaba tan sucia porque extendió y se quedo una noche mas ? Como va decir que todas las habitaciones están deterioradas si solo se quedo en una de ellas ? Nuestro Inn es bastante nuevo y se le da mantenimiento todos los meses. Nuestros precios son bastante económicos para estar en un ubicación central en Santurce. Solo porque estaba molesta porque usted no supo seguir instrucciones ni las reglas no le da el derecho de disfamar un lugar sin evidencia ni razón. Comentarios de otros guests desmiente sus comentarios. :)

Saludos Edgardo , gracias por dejarnos saber sus comentarios y experiencia en el hotel. Estamos ubicados un area céntrica a 5 minutos de la playa, 13 minutos del viejo San Juan y 9 minutos del aeropuerto. También, estamos en un vecindario de personas locales que apoyan los comercios y hoteles puertorriqueños y tienen todo el derecho de tener mascotas en su hogar. Deseo señalar que la "habitación poco privada" fue una habitación que usted escogió previa a su reservación y las imágenes de la habitación son exactamente igual a lo que el huésped encuentra cuando llegan. Todas las reservaciones tienen una política de cancelación y se les da un periodo para modificar y cancelar sin penalidad.

Este huésped está frustrado porque solicitó cancelar el mismo día de su llegada. Nuestra propiedad, tal como muestran nuestras fotos y las reseñas de otros huéspedes es un hotel - no un hostal. Las habitaciones son cómodas, limpias y estamos ubicados en una zona residencial segura. Nuestro equipo de limpieza / housekeeping hace una gran labor y mantiene la propiedad en orden.

Hello Nelida We apologize for the inconvenence you may have encounter. It was an error made by front desk but it was immediately resolved.

We're so happy that you enjoyed your stay Michael !! The inn is very close to Calle Loíza, with several restaurants, local shops, and bars just a short walk away. The beach is also very close by with a 24/7 convenience store en-route; perfect for buying some snacks, ice, and beverages on your way to the beach. While all of our rooms have a different layouts and furnishings, they all have working AC units. Our second floor has a workspace area, a seating area, a dining area, a bathroom with shower, and a full kitchen with a fridge; all for the use of our guests. We're glad that you enjoyed the accomodations at the inn as comfort and safety are our top priorities !! Thanks again for the review, we hope you'll stay with us again !!

Hello Mona, we’re sorry to hear about your discomfort during your stay with us. Our staff always clean and revise our guest rooms before each scheduled reservation and are always able to assist and attend to our guests during their working hours if any discrepancies arise. Should any issues occur after our staff’s working hours, guests are able to call any of our sister locations, with the contact numbers of the aforementioned locations displayed at the entrance, front desk, and rooms of the inn and within the email/chat correspondence we send to all of our guests before their check-in. Several of these concerns could have been brought to our attention, we would have been happy to help.All of our rooms have working air conditioning units; If you encountered any difficulty or confusion properly using or adjusting the unit using the remote control, you were welcome to ask our staff for help using the remote.We are located in a highly-populated city/metropolitan area, so sounds, smells, and foot-traffic from outside the property are to be expected, as would any building located in a tourism-centric area. The hotel is located in a safe, heavily tourist-trafficked area, only a few yards away from the popular main street Calle Loiza and several amenities that are open 24/7. Additionally, our staff is happy to recommend businesses and services should our guests ask them. Safety is one of our top priorities at the inn; the main entrance and guest rooms operate on a code-lock system to which only the guests and required staff have access to. Had you felt uncomfortable or threatened by the actions of and/or interactions with other guests, we would have encouraged you to notify our staff. In regards to room accommodations, there are only two of our nine guest rooms with separate, private bathrooms that only accessible to the guests of the corresponding room. Information regarding the bathroom of your room was written in the primary description of the room and was indicated by a text box on each image of the bathrooms found amongst the images of the room. Should our guests not be content with the room they reserve, we are always willing to re-accommodate our guests in any other available rooms and charge them accordingly.We greatly appreciate the time you took to write this review Mona, thank you for staying with us !!
