Realmente increíble! Lo recomiendo 100% Soy una persona muy exigente a la hora de reservar un alojamiento. Me cuesta pagar por algo que no sea muy bueno, especialmente en limpieza y servicio. Me sentí como en mi casa! Todo es IMPECABLE. Lo describiría como un hotel muy bueno, en versión atacameña, tiene cosas que no va a tener un hotel ejecutivo en una ciudad o un resort, pero eso es perfecto para San Pedro de Atacama. Los desayunos con recetas caseras de la zona cada día, la piscina y sus espacios son un lugar de verdadero descanso. Los dueños son encantadores y te ayudan en todo. El día que fuimos a los geyser nos tenían un desayuno en una bolsita con una tarjeta deseándonos un buen día. También nos dejaron un thermo para llevarnos café, té o agüita de coca. Lo recomiendo muchísimo y volvería siempre a este lugar. (Recomiendo ver que no haya luna llena, para que puedan disfrutar del cielo lleno de estrellas en la terraza del lodge)

Perfect choice when visiting Atacama! The Lodge is beautifully designed. The rooms are large, well equipped and comfortable. Each is extremely private. The staff are remarkable - everyone was super friendly and helpful. It's located a mile or so outside the town, so you need a car, but the result is peace and quiet and less dust. Very highly recommended!

I had the most amazing stay at Lodge Quelana. One of the 3 accommodations with air con in Atacama, it is located out of town so you need a car unless you are happy to pay the small 6k CLP fee to get to town. The area is serene and beautiful though, out of the noise and dusty bustle of the township. I struggled with the altitude and heat so this place was a godsend. Breakfast was lovely and variety was decent for the included meal. The best thing about Lodge Quelana was the exemplar service. Best service I have ever received from a hotel from my travels worldwide. Natalia in reception was so accommodating and extremely responsive, going the extra mile to make my staff even more amazing such as ordering me my taxis even when I was in town and wanted to get back to the lodge, or making me a breakfast tray when I came back from a really morning day tour (at 1pm!), or being very generous with a late check out for me. Thankyou for being a luxurious and nurturing hotel in the desert, I really enjoyed my stay here!

Great property. One of the very few hotels with AIR CONDITION. Everyone was very nice and even offered to provide breakfast to go when we checked out. The shower was extremely nice as well. I would highly recommend especially if you rent a car.

Hotel excelente e equipe maravilhosa, sempre dispostos a nos atender no que for preciso. A única ressalva, para ficar ainda melhor, é a falta de cozinha para pequenas refeições ou lanches rápidos. Nesse ponto, só oferece café da manhã, o que obriga o hóspede a deixar o hotel para fazer qualquer refeição.

Fantastic experience. The lodge is truly an oasis in the Atacama desert. Not over the top luxurious… just a quiet, lovely and spacious facility. If you are renting your own car then this is a fantastic option. It’s only 5 min outside of town but it has the advantage of being apart from the bustle and noise of the town. Yet easy enough to drive into town for meals or supplies. At Lodge Quelana, everyone was super helpful and nice. Natalia and Paola are true credits as service personnel. They were more like concierge service folks than receptionists. The pool was nice and rooms/baths new and clean. And big! The place is quiet and has access to a platform for star gazing. I’m so glad we picked this spot.

Excelente hotel. Localizado a apenas alguns minutos da cidade, o que trouxe uma calma e um céu espetacular. Equipe muito atenciosa. Dispõe de tudo que é necessário para uma perfeita estadia: quarto confortável, extremamente limpo, ar condicionado, frigobar, silêncio e água quente.

A San Pedro oasis of hospitality
The lodge is an excellent place to stay for those who want comfort in peace and quiet. Located just outside San Pedro (a few minutes by car), it provides everything necessary for rest, relaxation and rejuvenating yourself after your Atacama experiences. Cabañas are spacious, comfortable and very clean. But what made it especially worthwhile for us was an outstanding level of service. Many thanks to Natalia (who was a huge help in solving a frustrating problem) and Paula at the reception desk who both went above and beyond to respond to our questions and needs as well as Jenni and Naya in the breakfast room who did a great job. If we could, we would have stayed longer.

Outstanding !! We loved how they took care of us. All the staff were amazing, Natalia and Yasna were exceptional with their customer service. Following their advice and recommendations on the local surroundings made our stay even more enjoyable. Everything was so well planned and designed, from the original welcome tour to the final day facilities available for swimming, showering and luggage storage after check out times. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and very well maintained. We felt so welcome, surrounded by smiles. Thank you! We highly recommend this lodge!

My husband and I spent 5 beautiful nights at this hotel. It was beautiful, clean and comfortable. Breakfast each morning was delicious and the staff were wonderful and went out of their way to help us on numerous occasions. Loved this beautiful hotel!

Tivemos uma excelente estadia no hotel. Muito confortável, a hospitalidade muito grande. Só tenho elogios e ficaria novamente neste hotel. Ele é um pouco afastado do centro, por isso acho que ter um carro alugado é uma ótima opção, mas certamente a Natália, na recepção, consegue condução para quem precisar. Café da manhã muito gostoso.Tudo muito novo e bonito. Bem conservado.

The perfect retreat outside San Pedro
Lodge Quelana is perfection! The staff go above and beyond to make your stay an unforgettable experience, the breakfast is delicious and so beautifully presented, and the lodges are so cosy and comfortable. There is everything you could possibly need here. It was little tricky for us to get food as we didn’t hire a car but the hotel were able to order us a taxi into town and back each time we needed it. Very small price to pay for the peace and tranquility you will receive at Lodge Quelana.

Comfortable and great location
Excellent location just 10 minutes outside San Pedro, away from the dust, noise and grime. The units are setup like small cottages connected by boardwalks. Everything was very clean and well looked after with comfortable furnishings. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice breakfast and lovely pool area. Highly recommended.

Experiência incrível! Apartamento grande, muito confortável, banheiro espaçoso e com muita privacidade. O quarto é isolado, com TV, wi-fi, ar condicionado, água quente. O Lodge é maravilhoso, muito bem decorado e com várias comodidades. Ao lado da rodovia, com acesso fácil à cidade e os diversos locais de visitação. O melhor deste Lodge é o serviço. Funcionários super prestativos. Deixavam um café da manhã preparado no dia anterior quando tínhamos que sair bem cedo. Muito obrigado à Natália, que foi nossa melhor guia para o Atacama. Super recomendo este hotel.

Spent 4 nights here with my sister and parents. We loved it! Very clean, beautiful, charming... Everything you'd imagine when booking a boutique hotel. Only constructive criticism / feedback: would have loved to see more variety at the breakfast.. starting from avocado or tomatoes or any kind of veggies? Other than that, all great!

Die Lodge Quelana war ein wunderbarer Rückzugsort etwas ausserhalb von San Pedro. Mit den Anfahrtsbeschreibungen der Lodge bzw. durch eigene Vorbereitung ist diese auch sehr gut zu finden. Die Eigentümer der Lodge waren ganz wunderbar und haben uns den Aufenthalt durch tollen Service und sehr persönlicher Beratung und Hilfe unvergesslich gemacht. Die Zimmer sind sehr gut und liebevoll ausgestattet. Man merkt sehr schnell, dass die familiäre Atmosphäre mit der die Lodge geführt wird auch in jedem Zimmer steckt. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und hatte alles was man braucht. Es wurden darüber hinaus auf Wunsch auch Extrawünsche erfüllt. Am Ende unseres Aufenthalts haben wir dann noch einen selbst gestalteten Magneten zum Abschied bekommen. Dieser hat als Andenken nun einen Platz an unserem Kühlschrank gefunden. Wir würden die Lodge jedem empfehlen der ein wenig aus dem Trubel von San Pedro heraus möchte und auch ruhige Momente haben möchte. Es ist absolut zu empfehlen.
