La mejor luna de miel
El hotel es impecable, un poco alejado del centro de San Pedro, pero lo suficiente para alejarse del ruido de la ciudad. Muy exclusivo, habitaciones limpias y bien ordenadas, nosotros fuimos de luna de miel y nos tenian la habitacion decorada de acuerdo a lo que necesitabamos, La comida muy buena y en la recepcion te ayudan a coordinar cualquier viaje que necesites o incluso traslados al centro de San Pedro

El hotel es un remanso de paz. Es muy bonito y muy tranquilo. La comida del restaurante esta muy bien. Para quien se quede muchos dias puede ser repetitivo como cualquier restaurante al no tener otras alternativas. La habitacion (plantation )no es muy grande pero el baño si y la verdad es que es super agradable, la nuestra con vistas al mar y la terraza con las tumbonas. Ojo el hotel no es de playa, de hecho tiene un cordon de cemento entre la arena y el agua. Hay sargazo que el hotel se encarga cada dia de limpiar y que atenua con una barrera de plastico. Los jardines estan sumamente cuidados. El personal está excelentemente entrenado para estar pendiente de todos los huespedes todo el tiempo, siendo muy serviciales y eficaces. nosotros saliamos en barco a las 5 am y ellos se encargaban con el personal de seguridad de traernos el desayuno empaquetado con absoluta puntualidad y ademas nos instalaron una cafetera en la habitacion. Una estancia que repetiria sin duda. Gracias!

The property was immaculate. The staff were incredibly helpful. Luis at the dive shop was very informed and helpful with snorkeling tours. We did 3 and loved each one of them. The pools were perfect, clean and quiet and the air conditioning was amazing on those hot days. Snorkelling under the dock was a great way to practice with our equipment and fooling around with go pro and capturing all the fish that love under there. The fold carts for transportation were great and such an easy and convenient way to get around and we always felt very safe on Ambergris Caye. We loved it! Thank you!

It wasn’t too big or too small. Classy but not pretentious. The staff could t be nicer and the food was perfect. We felt at home.

We loved our stay at Victoria House! It was a peaceful resort with delicious food and very clean. Short drive from downtown so away from the noise but easy to get to everything. Would definitely recommend!

From the minute we got to Victoria House we knew it was special. Staff is amazing and they make you feel right at home! Rooms are beautiful, drinks and food were great! We will definitely come back and stay here again!

The property is beautiful. I was pleasantly surprised at my VIP upgrade as well. My room was beautiful and the service was fantastic. The food and drinks were also very good as well. We did the snorkeling excursion through the property too and that was awesome ! My only complaint is that the hot tub didn’t seem to work. But that is so minor. I really enjoyed my stay here .

Victoria House Resort is my top choice in San Pedro. It's a stunning colonial-style hotel with a beautiful clean beach, amazing rooms , outstanding staff, and great amenities. I'm definitely planning to return. The only area that needs improvement is the food quality in the restaurants. A five-star property should have top-notch restaurants with high-quality food. Other than that, everything is perfect

Stayed here for a week with another couple. We stayed in the hotel style rooms above the restaurant. These rooms are a little noisy if you sleep in late because of the activity down below. The property is beautiful and the staff is outstanding. The beach is walkable, but there is seaweed in front of a couple of houses. Very safe area. Rent a golf cart, explore town, go to secret beach or bar hopping. Great resort and would go back again.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The food in the restaurant is outstanding, with reasonable prices given the quality. Scheduling excursions through the resort is easy and convenient. Proximity to San Pedro is good and walkable for those looking for exercise. The grounds of the property are clean and well kept. Would be nice if they offered a free shuttle service to town, but that is my only complaint. Everything else is top notch.

This was a stunningly beautiful property! My mom and I stayed in a casita, and it was so lovely to wake up and read on the hammock outside our room. Both pools were wonderful and we loved the poolside service. The cocktails and food here were amazing - both the bar menu and the sitdown restaurant. We also took a snorkeling tour through the hotel with Rene and Jacinto, and they took great care of us! Rene was a safe and fantastic driver and guide on the boat, and Jacinto was an extremely knowledgeable snorkeling guide. The front desk also made it super easy for us to arrange transportation into town. Wonderful stay!

You have to stay at this property. Probably the best staff and property I ever stayed at in the world. Staff was the best part. Property was flawless and extremely clean. When I come back, I am only staying here. As a world traveller.....this was the best place hands down. Food was excellent and people great.

San Pedro first class style
The most chill spot in San Pedro. Far away enough from the busy downtown to feel secluded but just a short ride away. Excellent food and excellent service.

Overall, a pleasant stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the resort was quiet and peaceful, the food was very good (though too expensive) and located close enough to the town (with a cart) to be convenient.
