Hello! Thank you for your feedback! We are working on getting the Ice Machine in our building 2 back up and running as quick as we can, we know how much of an inconvenience it is to have to go to the front building just for ice! We hope to see you back again soon!

Hello! We are so sorry! Sometimes stains do get missed when laundry is being sorted, thank you for your understanding with that, we do our best to ensure we are checking all linens for stains and removing them. We hope that we see you again!
