Excelente servicio
Me encantó el hotel, nos quedamos en una suite, nos la pasábamos en la estancia casi todo el tiempo, este espacio extra hace más cómodo el convivir, tomar alimentos o bebidas. El hotel suuuper pet friendly, hay alrededor del hotel puntos de recolección de desechos de las mascotas con bolsitas y todo...el hotel muy limpio y cerca a comercios de renombre y lugares para comer. El centro si queda retirado pero no es demasiado lejos, igual para ir a Ski Santa Fe en 30 minutos ya estás allí. El desayuno muy bien, bastante completo, cada día cambiaban un platillo que iba de flautas a omelettes. En general muy agradable estancia y el personal siempre muy amable.

The rooms were clean the staff was friendly and helpful. Swimming pool was awesome as well! We did find a insect in the danish cabinet in the breakfast area.

Very nice for the "Santa Fe" price. Fittness room and bteakfast were good. Very reasonable pet friendly charge as compared to other hotels.

Staff was very nice; property is a clean dump. No soundproofing WHATSOEVER! You can hear people using the toilets above you, beside you. Thank God no one was having relations that night!

Excellent property. The beds were some of the most comfortable beds. The breakfast was redundant, but there were enough options to choose from to start your day, and stave off hunger until lunch. The gym was small, but it had free weights, and was effective for a good workout. The pool was always crowded, and it looked as if everyone was having a good time. Would definitely recommend this property for a stay in Santa Fe. We really enjoyed it.

We really appreciated how we didn’t run into any problem or inconveniences to interrupt our stay. Everything worked. Beds and towels were redone while we were out. Breakfast was good. The breakfast dining room was well maintained. Best Western always exceeds are expectations.

front desk staff were friendly and accommodating. room and hotel is fairly new, clean, modern with a southwestern theme. surrounding restaurant areas lack staff, and service can be questionable.
