Este Sr entro con un taxista que le decia que Casa Coco estaba malo y sucio y que conocia otro hotel mejor y mas barato. Toto eso para una comision El cliente se fue y ahora crtica al hotel sin conocerlo. Esa practica es muy frecuenbte de parte de los taxistas del aeropuerto que mandan clientes con reservacion hacia otro hotel.

Dieses Zimmer ist sehr beliebt und wurde von anderen Gästen hoch bewertet.Über ein kostenloses Zimmer-Upgrade hätte man vernünftig sprechen können aber wenn man es in einer Art und Weise verlangt, so als ob man ein Anrecht darauf hat dann erreicht man oft nichts ;)Wir hätten erwartet, das man das Problem mit einer laufenden Spülung bei der Rezeption meldet um es abzustellen. Sonderbar ist, das sie es nicht gemeldet und es bevorzugt haben das hier anzuprangern. Wenn dann der Wasserdruck zum Haarewaschen fehlt, weil er durch die laufende Spülung entweicht, gab ihnen das Anlass, dies als weiteren Punkt auf ihrer "Mängelliste" hier anzuführen.

Would have been good to know what was so bad during your stay but anyway we believe next time you'll avoid our hotel and we will never find out.

Sir, we clean our pool every day. Manually and with a robot. We believe that you havent seen the design of the tiles on the surface of the water level, they might look as if they are dirty while they are clean.We will change the tiles soon.

We dont understand what went wrong. It would have been better to let us know during the 3 days stay but there was no communication at all :(

Clarence, we are very surprised about your review. Your family loves our hotel and are returning guests as you know.Well, its ok if you dont like the hotel but at least you should be honest with your review. For example, we gave you a clean room but your review makes it look like the nastiest place on earth. I helped you to cancel your booking because you never did as I had avised you. This way I have saved you more than US150. But its ok if you believe that we only deserve the worst for our service.Thank you for staying at least one night!

Thanks. The pool wasnt "dirty" it just turned a little green because of too much rain and we are trying not to use too much chemicals. It was already bright, blue and clear the next day.It would have been better to describe "do some maintenance to the rooms". You had just one room, so how do you know about the other rooms?The way you wrote it (plural) makes the entire place look bad!Our hotel got renovated last year and since that we continuously do maitenance.

More than one entire day after paying the room she came to our office, saying that her husband has paid US10 too much. I told her that this would be the first time something like this has happened and I will talk to the person who has received the payment. Our employee then told me that he wanted to give back the change of 850 pesos but her husband said he could keep it as a tip (like he used to do in the past years).Now obviously he gave a tip without asking his wife's permission and not telling her.This is a very embarrassing situation for everyone involved and obviously a relationship issue that should be discussed in private and not brought public in this way.I don't give a comment for the rest of the comments. I can only say that, if somebody wants to find problems, this person will find it in any location in the world.All our other comments speak for themselves.

Thanks for the review and sorry for the problems with the TV.Our subscription includes hundreds of national and international channels in HD and also many major channels in English language.After you have left we have discovered a loose connection of the cabeling outside the room. Its funny because when we were checking the channels it was all good but unfortunately when you wanted to watch TV it was bad. Anyway, next time you stay here you can enjoy TV in English language, too.

The bathroom is recently renovated and everything is new! Would be good to know why you have given just a 11% vote for the bathroom
