Kids loved the pool and water slide. Room very clean and well maintained. Hotel in perfect location. We definitely will return. Best hotel in Saskatchewan!

Clean and convenient if you’re going to Sasktel center. Staff was incredible and went above and beyond for me. Hottub wasn’t that hot and the breakfast was mediocre. No bacon and OJ tasted like water.

The hotel was very good. The continental breakfast was good. But the cleaning staff didn't attempt to come and clean our room or check to see if we needed any clean towels or if we wanted our room cleaned.

This is a very clean hotel. Staff is friendly. Perfect location for sporting and concert events. The only thing I would say is the continental breakfast was not very good. The eggs were like water. But the hotel overall is very nice.

Highly recommended. Great stay- from Wpg. Mom and daughter trip. Nothing negative to stay but the hairdryer is a cheap little guy.

The room has enough for a family, with the pullout couch plus 2 queen beds. The swimming area was lovely and enjoyed very much by the children.

This hotel is on the edge of the city, which unfortunately means that there isn’t much around it the bathroom in my original room had a visual, bacteria and a red stain on the shower curtain I brought it up to the staff and they moved me rooms within 10 minutes overall it was a decent stay, but things definitely could happen better

We arrived at 4 pm to check in. We were told our room wasn’t ready?? Pardon me? Booked this last September. No one notified us by email or text that our room wasn’t ready. We’re told they’d call us when room was ready, they never did. We waited until 5:20 with a hungry 6 yr old and approached the front desk AGAIN, wanting an approximate time. Girl gave us a key and said you are in room 422.. really?? And when were you going to let us know? Grandson had no time to swim, we had no time to eat or shower before getting to the concert , such a disappointment

I am sorry that your were one of the handful rooms that we were not able to check in until later in the day. We try our best to get all rooms available by 4pm, but do not always succeed due to a number of reasons. I do hope that you were able to take advantage of our pool area in the morning before you checked out and you do afford us another chance to earn your travel trust. Until then, travel safe!

Great hotel, will definitely stay again. Loved the pool area and the beds and pillows were perfect! Lobby, elevator and pool corners and ledges could use a little better cleaning. But room was spotless!!

Our stay was good other than when we got there they did not have my reservation. They told me that Expedia had cancelled my reservation? They were able to get us in a different room thank goodness as we were there for a concert.

This used to be a great hotel to stay in but it is getting run down. We were unable to control the heat in our room. Front desk called a couple of times, room temp was 17 degrees and only able to get to 18 degrees before we checked out. Air conditioner/heater was unplugged when we got there, found it wasn't working. Ground level, very noisy.

The room had no heat control, it was very cold and the thermostat wouldn’t work. the room had boogers on one bed sheet, a used sucker under the other one. Pull out couch had blood stains on the mattress. The ziplock bag with a face cloth in had a big black hair inside it. The pool and hot tub were very dirty. Also breakfast was very limited as food was usually not refilled. I took pictures and showed them to the front desk and they didn’t seem to care. I talked to comfort suite about refunding some money and they offered me 50 percent off my next stay. Needless to say I won’t be going back. A refund would have been a good way to go. Very disappointing place.
