No habia agua en la habitacion, nisiquiera 2 por hidratacion. Tenia una cafetera con 1 sola capsula para 4 adultos y tampoco dejaron vasos. El desayuno no estaba incluido. Al momento de ir a desayunar le pregunte a la señora que estaba encargada del comedor que habia para desayunar y no me entio. Me pedia mi número de habitacion con insistencia y yo le informaba que solo queria ver que tenian para ofrecer de desayuno. La señora literalmente me correteo por el lugar como si yo pretendia tomar desayuno sin pagar. Lo unico que queria era ver lo que ofrecian par notificarle a mi grupo familiar y tomar la decision de Tomar desayuno alli o no.. la verdad que por esa actitud decidi recojer todas las pertencias y retirarnos antes de la hora y salir a desayunar fuera.

This property was one of the best Hilton properties I have ever experienced. It was clean, up to date, friendly and professional staff that went out of their way to make the stay memorable.

From the reviews I saw and price point, I had high hopes for this hotel. We got a text asking how the room was prior to getting there and did self checkin on the app and we were able to go right to our room. When I saw the room it wasn’t too bad, but the toilet seat had some splatters and the shower had dirty shoe prints in it. I did text back letting them know that and never heard back and it never got cleaned. There is a fee for parking (we ended up parking offsite in another garage about 14 min walk away for $5 instead of parking there for the $25) and we also opted not to do the breakfast which from what I read was not worth the money. The complimentary shuttle (just tip your driver) runs from around 2pm to 10pm and there are 4 locations it goes to in downtown Savannah. There’s not a whole lot within short walking distance aside from a good brewery (Service Brewing) and a taco truck that is often outside of it. Otherwise, most everything is a 15 minute walk or more which isn’t so bad when not in the heat, but pretty brutal during the hot hours. There is no vending machine but there is a little spot with some items, but they weren’t priced. They did give us each a bottled water free when we asked and they do have a water pitcher with fruit in it with cups in the lobby. No pool or any other amenities. They do have a small bar, but no one was using it Saturday night when we were there. My understanding is there’s no food aside from the bland breakfast that you have to pay fo

The location was convenient with on site parking. Loved the shuttle available. Staff were the best part! Very friendly and helpful! So glad we didn't book a hotel on the river with construction everywhere!

Not family friendly as we expected. Make sure you bring a pac and play if you have little ones. I called ahead and asked if they had them and they said yes but they were first come first serve. When we arrived a asked if they had one available and I was told they would bring one up. 2-3 hrs went by and I went down to ask again and the front desk told me they were out and only had 3 for the entire building. When I got back to the room my wife said they just dropped it off. I was happy until I went to set it up and it was a broken unit…

Great staff super friendly and helpful. The surrounding area of the hotel is okay, nothing within walking distance such as restaurants or coffee shops, so you’re going to have to pay for the hotel breakfast which is meh. The hotel rooms are spacious but the mattresses are very uncomfortable, I was sinking into the mattress, could barely sleep and woke up with with my neck and shoulders in a mess. But it’s was a clean hotel

No Parking fees!
The staff is very friendly and helpful! I give them the highest rating possible. The main negative was the breakfast was a little confusing as to whether it was included with the stay or not. They give a very helpful info sheet, which mentioned breakfast but it would be helpful to have the cost on there. The hotel is not in the best area, but okay during the day.

The hotel had excellent amenities and a complementary shuttle to the river walk area although we were only 2 blocks away from the J.W.Marriott hotel We would stay there again.

My daughter lives right next door at the Hue, so I stay here when I'm in Savannah. Maybe 5 or 6 times in the last few years. Always welcoming, and great bar staff. Maybe not the most convenient to the historic area, but certainly not too far either.

The hotel was clean. Our bathroom shower was not very clean. It should of been white but was not. Had to clean the shower.

The remodel of the property looks great, but it is across the street from a public housing authority (the projects), although we didn't feel unsafe. The staff was very friendly! We were there during the Georgia and Alabama football game and there was No TV at the bar to watch.

Needs some TLC.
Nice beds and towels. Our room was only half clean. It was like someone had to leave during the process. We asked for cleaning our 2nd day, (you have to do it before 9:00, we did). No one ever came. They have the cutest little shuttle but it doesn’t start running until 2:00. Staff is polite, but overall don’t seem very invested in their jobs. There is a wretched smell on Fridays and Saturdays from the nearby paper mill. For a little more money get a hotel nearer the action. With more manager involvement, this could be a much higher rating.

My family and I stayed at The Bluff recently, and at 12:00am we heard knocking on our door. After opening the door slightly I saw it was a stranger who had been knocking. I told him he had the wrong room and he pushed his way through the door into my family’s room, simultaneously pushing my family and I behind the door. He seemed to be intoxicated and aggressively saying this was his room. We ran out of the room and immediately called for the hotel’s front desk employee who called 911. Three police officers came to the hotel, opened our room, and handcuffed the man. This event was completely inexcusable. Had there been security on the premises, this would not have happened. Moreover, the front doors of the building were not locked at night. After speaking to the manager, we were made aware that security was supposed to be present the night of the incident, but they were not there. Additionally, the side entrance of the facility, which should only be opened with those holding hotel room keys, was fully open and accessible to anyone from the public who wanted to open the door. This is very unsafe for any individual staying at the hotel, especially those with young families. I would like to note that the hotel promised us a full refund and provided complementary breakfast for my family and I the following morning. Although management handled the situation well, there were many ways in which the hotel could have prevented such an incident.

Love that they offer free bike rentals and a shuttle. The area is close to the waterfront, but it's a busy road and two blocks are so are not really pedestrian friendly.
