Westin Savana Georgia irresponsables en reservacin
Espero se conozca mi comentario lo peor y falta de seriedad es el Westin de savana , nunca lo recomendaría irresponsables en el manejo de las reservas y con booking ya me paso que cancelan las reservas y con hotel .com me ha pasado igual espero no me cobren pero me cancelaron mi reserva a una hora de mi llegada complicada a pasar mis vacaciones por q vendieron mi reserva y me consiguieron un hotel a una hora de lo q yo tenía para hacer y simplemente dañaron mis vacaciones . Lo peor el hotel y su gerente de reservas una mujer grosera quien luego me paso a alguien en español y esa si una grosera e inconsciente y me dijo pues escoja duerme a donde la mandamos y llega el domingo o cancele . Esa es la peor q funcionaría que no debe tener atención hacia los clientes . Dañaron mis vacaciones. Perdí mi pasaje para reunirme con mi esposo , manejé horas iba a un matrimonio Al cual estuve pues era muy íntimo y dormí en el carro por q no habían hoteles cercanos . Aclaró q si me dieron una reserva pero en un pueblo a una hora de mi sitio de acción . Yo no use la reserva q ellos me dieron para el domingo pues ya mis planes cambiaron y no iba a estar pedinete de cambiar de hotel hacer check out después check in y mi paseo en bote lo perdía

Nice Hotel in a good location with an easy ferry ride to downtown , however there is obviously big staff issues at this location with extremely poor very slow service in the dinner restaurant and breakfast restaurant , Luke warm food that appeared to be overcooked and reheated so much so that we were forced to eat elsewhere . Management weren't really interested either which was a bigger problem !! we wouldn't return , there is plenty of other options

Really enjoyed this hotel! Everything was beautiful and clean. If we are in the area again in the future we will definitely be staying here again and especially great that it is dog friendly, wish we had more time here.

Very nice stay. The shuttle service to the golf course was wonderful as was the ferry shuttle across the river to access downtown Savannah. I think having to pay for parking at the hotel as an already paying guest at the hotel is ridiculous.

We stayed in river view queen room that had a balcony. Nice room but bathroom was very dark and lacked good lighting. Great pool with pool bar and jacuzzi. Overall a wonderful place to stay.

This is the only hotel on the river's other side. You need to take a water taxi to get to the other side. It appears that the hotel is short staffed. Our room didn't get cleaned for 4 days although I called twice to get the room cleaned and we didn't have the do not disturb sign on our door. The food was okay. I also purchased a romantic event on the river and it was not worth the money.
