“O M Gosh! My sister and I love staying here (yearly for three years now) for a retreat/getaway time. The owners are super and if we need to check in with them, they are quick to respond. That need is rare, but comforting to know they are a phone call away. It’s hard to give good reviews because that diminishes the chances we can return if you book our preferred dates! 😁”

“This cottage was everything advertised and more. It was super clean and so comfortable and relaxing. The location is perfect- beautiful views, quiet area and close to restaurants and shops. The hosts were very friendly and attentive to make sure we didn't need anything. This place was very quiet and peaceful with lots to do in the area. “We had the best stay. I was worried bc fishing really isn’t my youngest favorite thing to do but this house made her stay worth it. She loved the kayaks and the swing set. There are plenty of games inside to keep busy with also. Boat ramp was close and easily accessible! The host recommended scooters for food. The pizza from there was excellent!! We will definitely be back!”

“We absolutely loved our stay at this little cottage. It was very peaceful and within walking distance of downtown mentone. It was very cozy and felt like home. The owners reached out the day before our checkout and let us know there was another night available if we were interested and they also stayed in touch which was nice. I highly recommend this place if you are looking to get away from the hustle and bustle and unwind. Will definitely be staying here again!”

“We were fortunate enough to stay at Huckleberry while in town for a wedding in Trenton. It was a great location for us. We were able to visit beautiful Cloudland Canyon State Park as it is nearby. The cabin had everything we needed. We enjoyed all the lake/fishing decor, so cute! The lake is nice to take a stroll around. Would definitely recommend!”

“There were some dishes that hadn’t been cleaned, dust, cobwebs, and other unclean aspects of the house. However, overall it was a great place to stay. The Host was very welcoming and responded to me quickly. It is within a minute drive to a gas station and fishing dock. Also, the host lets you know that if there is anything not perfect about your stay to let him know and he would fix it. The only reason we didn’t is because we only stayed for a few nights and overall it was pretty clean. We...
