Thank you for your feedback, We explain to all guests at check-in housekeeping is available from 9 am-3 pm daily when you put your maid sign out before 3 pm. We apologize for any miscommunication and would have immediately remedied any issues if they were brought to us. We are a very small family-owned hotel and list all of our amenities online. That is correct we don't have a restaurant but offer a variety of breakfast and snack items and are just a short walk to many restaurants as you stated. We apologize we didn't satisfy all your needs, thank your feedback and for staying with us.

I see you arrived before 10 pm, in the event guests don’t arrive before 10 pm, we send guests our very easy to understand late check-in instructions on how to get their keys after hours. We talked with our maintenance crew about your pocket sliding doors, sometimes the kitchen sliding doors are quite hard to open and close because they have been in the open position for many years. We are also in the slow process of remodeling; the lobby, workout room, and each individual room one at a time are slowly getting a brand-new overhaul.
