El cuarto de dos camas matrimoniales. Está bien con su aire acondicionado para el frío. Solo que si está muy resucido en espacio. El desayuno está bien con lo básico necesario.

Deberian revisar los cuartos antes de entregarlos a los clients para que no vuelvan a comer el error de entregar un cuarto en malas condiciones, el microondas lo supimos en el piso y no Servia, tampoco la television. afortunadamente nos cambiaron a otro cuarto que estaba en el mismo pasillo(gracias), el desayuno me parece excelente

When I got to the Quality Inn Bellevue on 05/11, the front desk told me the company already sold the hotel property to other real estate company. Therefore, the room I booked was no longer available. So, I ended up not staying at their hotel.

Property was not clean. Rooms were smelly. Water switch between hot and clod in shower in winter. Will never stay again at this hotel chain.

The front desk receptionist was very friendly but easily distracted possibly under the influence of something. You can hear everything going on outside, other people talking, walking on the balcony to other rooms etc.

Facility is clean and quiet, front desk is very friendly and helpful. I appreciate who works in the breakfast area clean the area often to keep the area clean all the time. We have nice 3 nights stay. Thank you all.

It was a terrible decision to stay in this hotel. Super dirty! Light didn’t work, no hot water, I changed room in the middle of the night. New room was little bit better, but still dirty. Bathrooms didn’t have a heater, and was super cold. But it didn’t matter, cause it was so dirty, c couldn’t took shower.

There was an overpowering smell in the room from the cleaning products used. My eyes were red and swollen. The person in the room next to me kept his door wide open and had a very loud, long conversation on his phone for over 2 hours. I ended up leaving that night. Still waiting to hear of Expedia will refund me.

The hotel room walls were very dirty and looked like they had not been clean in a while. There was hair found on the counters, tv stand and bed. The fridge was not cleaned and had food particles not clean.

Fair price.
The young man took this in was wonderful! Very personable. Good sense of humor. Really enjoyed our check-in experience. He was also very helpful when it came to bring us up some paper clips so we could shut our drapes better as they didn't close all the way. Loved the Continental breakfast. The selection I feel was better than others.

I stayed at Quality Inn 2 weeks ago. The rooms were fine, my issue was with the SERVICE. They charged me twice for my room. On the day of check-out, the front desk lady asked me for my credit card info again for filing purposes, and assured me that I would not be charged a second time. Lo and behold I checked my credit card statement and I was charged twice. I gave them a call 11 days ago and they said they would refund me, however this has not happened yet! I also live in Canada so I was charged $10 for that phone call, and I still didn't get my money back! This is terrible service and I will be filing a dispute.
