No lo recomiendo
Deplorable. Todo el hotel huele a cigarro y a mariguana, nos cambiaron de habitación por qué la primera no funcionaba la calefacción y en la segunda no sirve el termostato. Sucio y sin mantenimiento. Nos quedamos por que ya es noche y al día siguiente sale nuestro vuelo temprano

There was a black lady (excuse me for referring to her skin color, but I did not get her name) at the front desk who had the worst attitude, she was not helpful at all. Very rude, actually, when asking her very simple things, such as clarifications about the free shuttle. She just rolled her eyes at me and my husband and instead of even uttering a word, she proceeded to point aggressively to the shutter sign, although our question was not even related to the information on the sign. Anyway, that was not the worse part. Since the airport was not very far from the hotel, we decided to go on foot, and on our way back (according to what the shuttle driver told us), we called the hotel to have them come pick us up (as requested by the driver) and she would answer the phone and just proceed to hang up on us... Like three times! We just decided to come back on foot, no problem, but she should not work in customer service if she's not willing to help in any way. Absolutely terrible service. The hotel is in front of a graveyard, close to a Denny's, and although it advertises a 'free shuttle' (which is one of the main reasons why we picked this hotel) it may not be available to you if this lady chooses not to help you. Just FYI.

El hotel esta limpio, cerca del aeropuerto y el servicio del personal es bueno, lo que no me gusto es el olor a comida al llegar, deben colocar extractores o separar el área completamente a la recepción. El servicio de llevarnos al aeropuerto es excelente.

The hotel is aging and their airport shuttle is unreliable. Check in was slow since they only have one person working.

El personal de recepción no fue nada amable. Estuve intentando más de media hora a que me contestaran para pedir el shuttle para que nos llevara del aeropuerto al hotel, y solo entraba el fax. No hubo quien atendiera el teléfono. Nos ayudo a contactarlos otro chofer de otro van de otro hotel. En general muy mal servicio

The view from my room was overlooking a scrap yard with dismantled cars, the corridors smelt of stale drugs one felt a little unsafe walking along them. Would not stay there again ever! Paul

The front desk lady is very rude. One of the stairways was very dirty and looked like homeless people stayed there. Would not stay here again would just pay a little more for a quality hotel.

The front office staff was the terrible and had a worst experience. She was rude and unprofessional. Never recommended this hotel to anyone. Stay away from this hotel. Very bad smell on the hallways.

The hotel has some need for refreshing, but overall it was convenient and good value for the price. The room layout/numbering is a bit confusing and the clerk's explanation was not clear, but I navigated without too much difficulty. The bed was comfortable and kinens refreshing. The lobby restaurant was adequate, but not overly impressive. Checkout inthe morning there was no clerk to be seen for at leadt 15 minutes while I waited for the shuttle to the airport.

To start off, when we would call the property for getting a shuttle to the airport, lady at the front desk would listen (wont say anything) and then disconnect. It happened like 10-15 times. Then she finally answered and said it will be there in 10 minutes, we waited and waited for good 35 minutes before it came. Once we went to the property the front desk lady behaved pretty good. Property looks good from outside but is dated from inside. On the beds, i saw bugs (not bed bugs though). Bedsheet had some yellow spots on it.

This was the second time I stayed at this hotel and the second time I ate at the restaurant. The first time I ate in the hotel. Had good service and was very happy with the food. The second time I opted to take it up to my room. It was terrible. 1/2 the number of spring rolls and burnt to an embarrassing crisp. The service person was fine in the restaurant with his family and I couldn’t bring myself to go down and complain. Until then I was pretty satisfied with both stays but this literally left a bad taste in my mouth.

The room we purchased was “non-smoking” but to our dismay, the hallways and room smelled like smoke and our rooms wreaked of marijuana. However, the beds were comfy and the parking felt very secure despite the area around the hotel.

The rooms are outdated and there are some areas of improvement with some cracking of paint in the bathroom. the staff was extremely kind even for filling the request for an extra blanket and the restaurant was delicious. The vending machines were filled and for being somewhere clean to sleep fulfilled my needs, there was no microwave but that wasn't a problem for my party. And it was a good price so if you're looking for the basics i would recommend

The front desk staff are absolutely rude and incompetent. There was no customer service provided at all. There is no refrigerator or microwave inside the rooms. THERE IS NO COMPLEMENTARY BREAKFAST as advertised

Well the room was dirty and had sh!t in the toilet. There were like 4 little white pills that were laying around on the ground, in random spots . Staff was unpleasant. I only booked it for parking and the free continental breakfast , I thought it had by what Expedia said. The pictures and room were not the same. I had to pay 80$ for parking and 50$ for breakfast. Should have just paid more for a better motel. Wouldn’t go back.
