I stayed at this hotel and enjoyed my time overall. The staff was welcoming, and the location offered stunning views. The initial room condition was satisfactory, but after the first night, I was disappointed to find that the room was not cleaned. The bed remained unmade, used towels were still hanging, and the waste bins were not emptied. This oversight left me feeling uncomfortable and questioning the hotel's commitment to cleanliness and guest satisfaction. The bed was comfortable, but the noisy air conditioner caused slight inconvenience with vibrating windows. Hope they address the cleaning and noise for a better experience next time. Would consider staying again.

Imposible dormir con el ruido del aire acondicionado en la habitación 668 al partir y parar el equipo además no hicieron la habitación el resto del hotel muy bueno

Para lo que cuesta, hacían falta amenities, no me gustó que no me explicaron nada. El teléfono de la habitación no funcionaba. Nunca me explicaron absolutamente nada

Muy buena ubicación, buenas instalaciones, es el primer hotel en el que tengo una estancia y NO tiene estacionamiento, solo hay servicio de valet y El costo muy superior a estacionamientos públicos cercanos.

Decepcionante estadía.
Pésimo servicio en el bar / restaurante. Un abuso el cobro de estacionamiento, comida y bebidas, internet, cama extra ( que desde la reservación la tenia solicitada) . Me sorprende la poca calidad de atención y servicio por gente de Marriott. Fue decepcionante. No regresaré nunca a este hotel.

Excellent property In walking distance of Pikes Market Incredible sushi restaurant nearby. I can't remember the name of it but if you ask your bar staff, they will know.

Valet and reception were prompt and courteous and helped us with all our questions. One thing we were surprised was with the destination charge that was not mentioned online or on the BonVoy app. I was a nice thing to then give a $25 discount for breakfast as long as we charged it to the room and two tickets to the Wings over Washington tickets.

Property is super close to aquarium. Parking is spendy but super secure. Pool was nice and warm. I also really loved they gave a goody bag of local snacks/water and gave tickets for nearby attractions (included in your stay by request)

Perfect location, very nice with 24 hour gym and indoor/outdoor pool! In house restaurant was subpar with high prices! Great front desk staff and bartender. Room cooling/heating system made awful noise when on, making it hard to sleep! Phone didn’t work and we didn’t have access to room service unless we went downstairs. Perfect location for everything we wanted to do, and central for both walking and taking an Uber!

Customer service was not great. Late check in. Coffee was finish in the morning, not able to acquire a cup. Parking staff not friendly, the attendant was a bit upset.

Nice by the water, but was surprised to see a $25 per day destination fee applied - yes per day. Hotel told me this fee was optional at time of booking and needed to click a box to not pay this fee, but I didn’t see this. Parking also mandatory valet at $58 plus tax per night. Rather stay more downtown closer to restaurants.

Great location and about 10 min walking to pikes place. Hotel is very nice, welcome bag, and restaurant and bar on site. Staff is awesome as well. Only valet and its 58 a night which is downside, but all hotels in area have about the same
