Pésimo servicio, mi cuarto no tenia shampoo, pedi varias veces y jama, las instalaciones huelen horrible, como humedad.

They tell us how we are doing and what we can do to improve our service and product. Terrible servicio, nos quedamos 3 noches no nos hicieron aseo ningún día, cuando solicitamos jabón y papel higiénico nos dijeron que nosotros teniamos que solicitar el servicio de aseo que era nuestra culpa no haber leido la política de la reserva, cuando en ningún punto de la política dice eso que hay que ir a la recepción a pedir el servicio de limpieza en la habitación, es mas la política dice explícitamente "servicio de limpieza diario" adicionalmente la señora de la recepción terriblemente grosera, prepotente e irrespetuosa primero nos tiro el teléfono cuando solicitamos los insumos(jabón, papel, toallas) y luego nos dijo que teníamos que ir a la recepción por ellos estando nosotros en un tercer piso, lo que me parecio horrible tener uno que ir a buscar las cosas de aseo básicas sinceramente muy disgustada. No es un hotel barato, no ofrecen desayuno y tras de eso ningún día le hicieron aseo a la habitación. No lo recomiendo no tienen personal que tenga un buen servicio al cliente.

A little disappointed in the breakfast options--not too many, unless you like burritos-- and quite pricey. Otherwise, staff was VERY nice and Extremely helpful!

They didn’t change dirty towels or restock coffee. Room had stains in furniture and broken furniture. It was very conveniently located for us but for the price we paid I expected it to be clean.

There was noice from other guests on the same floor until early in the morning. Staff not helpful at all, the lady said she was alone and I walked downstairs immediately and they were 2 at the front desk, they just didn’t want to be bothered.

Well appointed, clean room. Staff was excellent when we checked in, and the shuttle to the airport was close and convenient. Again, shuttle driver was very helpful.

The airport shuttle service was very convenient and this was a pet-friendly hotel which is why we chose it. The facility has a very odd layout and we were put in the farthest room from the entrance, but the room itself was very clean and the staff was nice.
